The ethereal presence of the goddess-like woman lingered in the aftermath of Malachar's demise. Turning her attention to Kael, she extended a warm greeting, "Greetings, mortal. I am Callista, the Eternal Serenity."
Kael, still processing the divine revelation, nodded in acknowledgment. Callista continued, her voice carrying a soothing resonance, "If ever you find yourself in need, you may call upon me. I shall offer what guidance and aid I can."
As Kael expressed gratitude, Castiel, the godlike being and Callista's brother, interjected with concern. "You can't just offer your assistance freely," he warned.
Callista turned to Castiel, a glint of mischief in her eyes. "Oh, little brother, worry not. I'm not granting him unlimited power. A little assistance won't tip the scales too much."
Castiel sighed, a reluctant acceptance in his demeanor. "You always find a way around the rules."
With a playful smile, Callista assured Kael, "Fear not, mortal. I bestow upon you only a fraction of my blessings."
Turning back to Kael, Callista pressed a gentle kiss on his forehead. In an instant, she vanished, leaving Kael standing alone with Castiel. When Kael glanced at Castiel to ensure he was still there, Castiel offered a warm smile.
"You bear a striking resemblance to your mother," Castiel remarked, his voice trailing off as he, too, disappeared.
Alone in the Veilstorm Tower, Kael was left to ponder the divine encounter and the unexpected aid bestowed upon him by Callista, the Eternal Serenity.
