Chapter 10 Pure disgust! Diers' Obsession with Cleanliness!!_2

Diers lifted Xu Siyu's right hand to get a closer look at her scar. Judging by its color, the injury must have been from some time ago, certainly not within the recent few years. Also, there was a fine cut on the circular scar, which suggested that someone had further incised the wound to remove the bullet after it had initially penetrated.

This wound, and the place of this wound.

Diers squinted, abruptly brushing aside hair from the tipsy woman's neck to inspect it.

"What's going on?" Roy whispered to Balk, trying to keep his voice down.

Balk shook his head in confusion, "...."

How was he supposed to know?

It wasn't like he knew the inner workings of his boss's mind.

"!!!" When Diers saw the woman's nape, he gasped, his face taking on an unpleasant look.

Roy curiously craned his neck to find a tattoo of a hexagram, no more than half a palm large, on the woman's nape. The brightly colored tattoo came off as quite peculiar; it looked like a tattoo, but had a striking three-dimensional effect. Any casual observer would have assumed that a six-pointed metal star adorned the woman's neck.

Diers squinted, "..."

Why did her tattoo look so familiarly similar to the one that little girl had years ago??

Diers clumsily held onto the girl's face. When he recognized her, his expression darkened, "It's you?"

This damned woman!

During the day, she had thrown a bowl of soup on him, and just at the banquet she spilled wine over him. And now, he had bumped into her again in the men's restroom.

Who was she, really?

Did she do all this intentionally or unintentionally?

At that moment, Diers had no time to ponder these questions. His focus was solely on the tattoo and the gunshot wound on this girl. He wanted to figure out whether or not they were genuine.

Was she the same girl who had saved him once before!!

"You're done for!!" Roy gently sided with the woman.

Is that the meaning of a grudge is insurmountable, right!!

Damn it, it was spot on.

Roy felt that the encounters between Xu Siyu and Diers were simply a case of a grudge being insurmountable. Considering the vastness of China, and the expedient size of Tac city, it was unbelievable that these two met again at the party after their first encounter, and most incredulously, they even bumped into each other a third time in the men's restroom.

What was this?

Apart from the grudge being insurmountable, Roy couldn't think of any other phrase to describe the situation.

"Roy!" Diers looked serious.

"Boss!" Roy immediately snapped back into reality, glanced at Diers' solemn expression which suggested that he was heading to a funeral, then looked at Xu Siyu, who was now in the throes of intoxication, "You're not going to kill her, are you!!"

Diers, "..."

Really, in your eyes, am I such a despicable person??

It made it sound like he genuinely intended to kill someone.

"Boss, I mean... this woman..." Roy awkwardly diverted his gaze away from Diers.

The stuff that the woman had just thrown up was utterly disgusting.

He then swallowed dryly with difficulty, "But she's just a girl, and besides, that little girl didn't do it on purpose!"

Diers looked irritated. He threw a glance at his own shirt in the direction of Roy's eyes. When he saw Xu Siyu's "masterpiece" over his chest, his eyebrows twitched and he handed Xu Siyu over to Balk.

"Go investigate her."

Balk thought he had heard incorrectly, "Who do we investigate?"

"Her!" Diers pointed at Xu Siyu who was asleep and chuckling to herself, "I want all her records. Everything."

"Why?" Roy couldn't help but question in surprise. Realizing he was speaking out of turn, he quickly clamped his mouth shut.

Would his boss need to consult him before making a decision?

He really couldn't keep his bloody mouth shut.

"She might be the one I have been looking for." On finishing this statement, Diers glanced disgustingly at his shirt and strode out of the room, leaving Roy and Balk to gaze perplexedly at the unconscious Xu Siyu.

"Her??" Roy shot a quick, frustrated rebuttal.

Balk remained silent with a grave expression, "..."

As the inheritor of a mafia family, Diers was affluent with plenty of power and influence. Moreover, his handsome appearance attracted many women who wished to be close to him. Additionally, as the boss of the syndicate, many harbored intentions of killing him to take over his territory and business. Thus, someone mimicking the person Diers had been trying to find wasn't entirely out of the question.

Under such circumstances, Balk felt it'd be prudent to remain cautious.

He passed Xu Siyu, who he had been holding in his hands, to the exasperated Roy.

"What the hell!" Caught off-guard, Roy took a couple of steps back, accidentally stepping on the stuff Xu Siyu had vomited earlier. He saw his own foot and grimaced at its state.

Bloody Balk! A bloody idiot who deserved to be shot a hundred times!!!

Balk dusted his clothes off with an air of elegance, "I will investigate this woman."

Roy roared, "Then why did you hand her over to me??"

"There's no time to lose." With these words, Balk took his leave, leaving behind an annoyed Roy to deal with the woman in his arms.

Bloody hell.

Was this supposed to mean Lord Roy had to clean up the mess??

...

The group of women who had surrounded Qi Siming at the banquet belatedly scattered at the sight of Dai Keyun's nefarious gaze and several accidental punches.

"Screw this! Don't they have any manners! Do they even know where they are??" Dai Keyun flicked her long hair in a very imposing manner and heaved her contempt.

"Ah, Dear lady, please don't say that. Doesn't that mean that we, Siming and I, are quite popular!!" Nangong Wuyi hilariously hooked his arm around Siming's shoulder, poking fun in a brotherly manner.

Siming, unfazed, shrugged off Nangong, straightened his clothes nonchalantly, looking at Nangong with distaste, "Please, keep your distance from me!! I don't want tomorrow's entertainment headlines declaring that I am homosexual and need to fabricate scandals with other female stars to change the situation."
