As she closed the front door behind her and swapped her shoes, ready to head to her room, Yuanmiao's door suddenly swung open.

She stood at the doorway to her room, the inside dimly lit, lightless.

"Where the hell have you been these two nights!"

Yuanmiao thought to herself, it's about damn time this bitch is back. She certainly kept me waiting.

Yuanya's heart pounded, but she tried hard to keep her voice steady.

"I went to see Xiaobai. I stayed in her dorm."

"Hmmph...!" Yuanmiao sneered coldly and walked towards Yuanya. It wasn't until she got closer that Yuanya could make out the derision in her expression.

"You think I'm an idiot? I've already called Zhao Xiaobai's dorm and asked her roommates. You never went to their dorm!"

"Where I go is my business. It's not up to you."

Yuanya pursed her lips, not wanting to continue this conversation with Yuanmiao.
