Suddenly, a sharp wind swooped in from not far ahead, Ah Dai, unable to stop his momentum, would have been hit if he hadn't acts quickly. Out of necessity, he managed to free one hand and pushed it against the ground, changing his forward rush into an ascent, floating upwards and dodging the attack. More than ten elves appeared before him, two of whom were Elf Mages chanting spells, while the others drew their bows, poised as if facing a great enemy.
Ah Dai, in great urgency, used his spiritual energy to amplify his voice, "Stop, take me to Elf City quickly, Princess Xing Er is in peril."
The elves paused, bewildered; they had just seen Ah Dai holding an elf in his arms and had mistaken him for a poacher, hence their attack. Hearing his explanation, the leading elf stopped his kinsmen from launching an impending attack and asked suspiciously, "You say you are holding Princess Xing Er? What is your name?" Most of the elves, including him, had never seen Ah Dai and his companions.
