After everyone returned home, Leon ate dinner and then went to the rooftop. Laying there, he opened the system notification he received after reaching Yellow rank.
[Host reached Yellow rank, awarding host with a Random Gacha opportunity.]
Seeing the Random Gacha opportunity, pain flashed in Leon's eyes. Last time, after his breakthrough, he was awarded one, but it resulted in a Rare rank reward: Icicle Burst spell, a spell that shoots an icicle and then bursts apart after traveling some distance, releasing fragments at high velocity like a hand grenade. It is a lethal spell, but in the random opportunity, it was on the lower scale of rarity awards.
"Well, anyway, tomorrow our training is starting," Leon mumbled.
Shaking his head, Leon said, "Do a random gacha." The system asked which world or multiverse. Leon chose Multiverse, and then the gacha started to operate.
Closing his eyes, he waited for the system's voice.
[Congratulations host on obtaining...]
"Please, S rank or above," Leon prayed.
[.. SR rank, obtaining 'White Obsidian Tower'.]
[White Obsidian Tower
Rarity: SR
World: Monster Integration
Description: An unknown tower thrown into a random corner of a Secret Realm.]
Seeing the description, Leon's lips twitched. He opened the system to see how it looked. What came into view was a skyscraping tower, just like its name suggested, made of pure white with many golden carvings in the form of flowers at the base, then lining the whole tower. The carvings, along with its white color, made it look like an extensive royal structure.
Leon then summoned it in his Dreamspace and entered. Inside, he went towards the White Gold Magic Tower. Being in the center of a beautiful garden, its beauty was highlighted even more.
Leon looked at the door and entered.
[Welcome Challenger to my Legacy Tower. Defeat each floor until you reach the final floor where my legacy resides, The Divine Moon Art.]
A beautiful voice spoke as Leon stepped inside, and the tower shut itself.
Leon raised his brows but curiously looked around, waiting for the challenge. Soon, a magic circle in the middle of the floor began to glow as a being emerged. It was an Ancient Knight with many crystals embedded in it.
[Defeat the First Floor Guardian, Ancient Crystal Knight Golem, to move forward.]
Leon nodded and brought out his sword, the same one he got from the gacha draw. Taking the sword, he used Cushion magic and fused with Air element to enhance his speed. He quickly reached the knight and performed an overhead slash. The knight, who was motionless until now, suddenly came to life as its eyes lit up in bright green light. It lifted its sword and parried Leon's.
Clang!
The heavy metal clashing sound echoed in the room as the two swords collided. Leon used the knight as a stepping stone, jumping back while sending an Icicle Burst spell at it. The knight performed a slash, sending a flying slash attack that collided with the icicle, and both attacks canceled each other.
Leon quickly used Flash Step as he saw various bulky projectiles attacking him. He looked at the knight, who was aiming its hand at him as various round dark bullets formed and rushed at him. Leon ran around the room, dodging the bullets. Suddenly, a black knife rose from his shadow and attacked him. Looking at the knives and the incoming bullets, he mumbled, "Dual casting."
But then, a shadow hammer sent him flying, crashing into the wall. Leon stood up, coughing out blood, and cursed under his breath, "Damn, triple casting."
Standing up, he wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth and then, again flash-stepped as another shadow sword came from his shadow and attacked him. Once again dodging, this time he blinked and arrived at the knight, performing an overhead slash again.
The knight raised its sword and blocked it. Leon smirked, saying, "You didn't think I'd use the same trick twice." He laughed as two more identical swords attacked from the left and right.
The knight was stunned as it pushed Leon. Leon, using the wall to stabilize himself, widened his eyes as he saw the inevitable as the knight used its dark feather wings, akin to those of a fallen angel, to protect itself from his three-echo cut skill.
"The fuck, it has wings too?" Leon cursed as it began to fly high.
'Well, I guess I can only use it.' Leon then began to flash step here and there while dodging the feather bullets of the knight hovering mid-air. While running, he glanced at the feather bullets and saw their texture was similar to crystal.
Shaking his head, Leon kept running. Then, after a moment, he stopped and aimed at the knight. "Take this!"
"Demon Tail Flame." From Leon's hands, dark flames like a jet erupted and attacked the knight. It was an Epic level spell from Mumud's knowledge that requires a total of 7 seconds to cast, which Leon did while dodging the feather strikes.
The crystal knight once again tried to protect itself with its wings, but soon the black flames engulfed it, and then the black flame half melted the knight's body. The knight fell from mid-air.
Thud!
After falling, it began to dissolve into smoke or light, leaving a long black crystal sword and three books.
[Congratulations on defeating the First Floor Guardian. You are now the temporary owner of the White Obsidian Tower until a challenger reaches a higher level than you.]
[To get permanent ownership, please defeat all 10 floor guardians.]
[White Obsidian Spirit will now assist you.]
As the voice faded, a white egg materialized in front of Leon and slowly began to crack, revealing a fairy with butterfly wings wearing clothes made of leaves. She had long golden hair and long ears like an elf. The only thing that distinguished her from living beings was her energy-like body, which seemed to be made of different colored energy.
Then she opened her eyes and glanced at Leon. She circled around him twice and thrice, then crossing her hands, nodded and said, "You are handsome, I won't mind serving you."
Leon: "... "
Leon ignored her for the time being and went for his loot. Reaching there, he first checked the books.
Dark Void Bullets
Sword of Deception
Shadow Moon Knight Art
All of them were skill books, but what was different was that all of them were Aura skill books.
Leon then opened the Shadow Moon Knight Art, which was an aura cultivation book. He opened it and curiously began to learn about it.
"I see, Aura is nothing but Mana but with one's life energy mixed in it," Leon nodded and then closed the book.
He then picked the sword as the fairy came to him and said angrily, "Hey! Stop ignoring Luna or Luna won't tell you about the sword."
"So, your name is Luna, nice to meet you. Forgive me, I thought I was hallucinating when I first saw you," Leon said, remembering he didn't have any appraisal skill.
Luna nodded and then said, "It's okay, Luna is so beautiful that many think they are hallucinating."
"Wahahahahahah," saying so, she began to laugh like an obnoxious brat.
Leon very much felt the need to smack her down but controlled his urges as he gazed at her.
"Anyway, here, see this," she said as she touched the sword and then opened her hands wide. From her, a system screen appeared.

"Temporary master, only when you master the Shadow Moon Knight Art to the third stage can you use this sword," the little fairy said to him.
"Who is this Arkham?" Leon asked.
"He was one of the 7 knights of Crown Magus Ophelia Luanaris," the little fairy replied.
"If this floor guardian is him, doesn't it mean there are other knights of hers acting as guardians?" Leon asked, rubbing his chin.
"You are right. 7 out of 10 floors are guarded by her knights. As for the 8th and 9th floors, they are guarded by her greatest creations. As for the 10th floor, a replica of her guards it," the little fairy nodded and explained.
"Her creation?" Leon asked.
"I can't tell you about that. You have to defeat them to know," the little fairy said.
"But I wouldn't suggest it, as the next floor guardian is Deep Cyan rank. You can't defeat him at your beginner Green rank state," the little fairy shook her head and said.
"Hmm," Leon nodded as he knew he defeated the first guardian by surprise. If they fought next time, it would be Leon who would be dying. Leon nodded and said, "Now let me introduce this place to you." She snapped her fingers, causing Leon to shift instantly into blinding light.
Afterward, when he opened his eyes, he found himself in the middle of a big hall. The hall was white and black themed with many rooms. The little fairy then took him on a tour of the floor, which actually belonged to Arkham. It included a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, an armory and massive library that comprises of many spell books, different world history, many Aura books and also some different books on movement techniques and other auxiliary techniques.
"Do the other floors also include the guardian's stuff?" Leon asked, his eyes shining at such a prospect.
"No, only Arkham's stuff, as he was the brother of Lady Ophelia," the little fairy shook her head, pouring cold water on Leon's fantasy.
"But don't worry, there are many different kinds of floors, each one precious in its own way," the little fairy said, seeing Leon's dejected look.
Leon nodded and then exited the Dreamspace to go to sleep. Before he did, he tempered with Trion's dream using the System's help. He manipulated the dream where Trion had to face the same knight. After a gruesome battle, Trion defeated the knight, who, impressed by his prowess, gave him his legacy: the Shadow Moon Knight Art and a dark crystal longsword.
He gave the Arkham legacy to him cause he has no use for it. Beside even if he wants to use Aura there are over 200+ books of different kinds of Aura techniques in Arkham library.
