Leaving I

After exchanging names and receiving a file about the camp, they entered and set up their tents. Exhausted from their travels, they slept soundly.

The next day, Michael woke up, cooked breakfast, and then went out to explore the market. His goal was straightforward: to see if Ashlyn, his silver sparrow monster partner, could find the Miracle Fruit again and if it was as effective as it had been before.

After about half an hour, Michael returned to the tent holding a green, toxic-looking fruit. He looked at Ashlyn and asked, "Can I eat it?"

Ashlyn, chirping affirmatively, nodded and said it was safe for him. Michael hesitated but then ate the fruit with some difficulty, using his left hand to hold an anti-venom potion just in case.

To his surprise, the fruit tasted sweet rather than toxic, and soon he began sweating profusely, as if he were pouring out water from his body.

Leon, noticing the rancid smell, raised an eyebrow and asked, "What did you eat?"

Michael explained about Ashlyn's power and the Miracle Fruit. Leon, intrigued, said, "Don't let anyone know about her abilities." Michael nodded, and Leon continued, "The Miracle Fruit is purifying your body of impurities. You're fortunate to have found such a significant one. It might even enhance your talent. Whether it can break your limits, we'll have to see."

Leon excused himself from the tent, unable to bear the acrid smell any longer.

Michael continued to sweat profusely for hours and eventually fell unconscious. By morning, he woke up covered in a black substance. As he stirred, the black coating began to crack, revealing his newly transformed, glowing skin.

Michael tried to get up but collapsed back onto the ground, feeling disoriented. "It feels like my soul has entered someone else's body. I'm completely unfamiliar with myself," he thought, trying to process the sudden changes.

He slowly began to walk around the camp, adjusting to the transformation. The foul stench from the tent was unbearable. If it hadn't been for the unfamiliar changes in his body, he would have bolted out of the tent the moment he woke up.

After some time, Michael grew accustomed to his new sensations and took a dip in the pond with Ashlyn to clean himself. When he returned, he noticed a different tent in place of his old one. He knocked on the new tent, and Leon answered.

"I had to throw out the old one. It was uninhabitable," Leon said, ushering Michael inside.

"Wow!" Michael exclaimed as he entered.

Leon smiled. "It's a Knight-grade tent," he explained.

Inside, the tent resembled a luxurious home more than a typical camping tent. It was spacious and equipped with rooms, providing a level of comfort Michael had never experienced in the field.

Then after getting read, they both went to Jill and William.

They were in the training area, reaching there they saw them standing with a group of arrogant looking youngsters,

Looking at their clothes, arrogance, and power they seem to a group of people from a various organization with three people at the lead.

Of the three people, a tall hot girl with black hair seems to the leader.

Soon the fifty-something group had dissolved in rest of the crowd leaving only three people in the front.

"Please form the group according to your level separately, from the initial level of Specialist Grade to Peak level of Corporal grade and those are below specialist grade also form a group." She ordered in a sharp voice.

"Are we going with them?" Michael asked.

"Yes, that will be a good battle exercise for you" Leon nodded and then Michael went to his group.

There he was reunited with Jill and William.

"hey! do you have to be explained privately?" A melodious voice rang behind Leon, as he turned to saw the Tall hot girl looking at him with stern gaze.

"You didn't tell , where should I go" Leon looked into her eyes as he replied.

"I did said it, that's why all those are lining up" Rachel was her name, she said pointing at the people lining up.

"yes, but your words didn't include Sergeant Stage" Leon replied causing her to exclaim.

"you are at Sergeant stage?, so, what are you doing here" She asked nodding.

"Well, I came to rescue my brother, but seeing your formations, I think it might be beneficial for him to experience some combat," Leon said.

"Very well, you can join us," she replied, inviting him to join their activities.

"no, I am going to roam the forest, I might join you guys midway" Leon replied and then he began to leave.

Rachel frowned at his behavior but didn't said anything, and let him leave.

Leon on the other hand coming out of camp area, went into the Scind Forest, he then activated Spiritual World Treasure Hunter ability.

As he activated it, a golden arrow formed, pointing at single direction, Leon begin to follow it and soon, he came across a tree, on it there was an single Fruit on it, "is that Miracle Fruit ?" Leon mumbled and then used the Protagonist trait , Eye of truth.

Miracle Fruit

Type: Ability

Appearance: The Miracle Fruit resembles a large, vibrant fruit with deep green skin flecked with gold and faint, ethereal veins running through it. Its surface is smooth and slightly iridescent, shifting colors depending on the angle of light. The fruit emits a subtle, soothing aroma of fresh earth and blooming flowers.

Abilities:

Nature Control: Grants the user the ability to manipulate plant life, accelerate growth, and control nature in their vicinity. They can command plants to ensnare, attack, or defend.

Regeneration: Allows the user to heal rapidly by drawing energy from plants. Severe injuries can be mended almost instantaneously as long as they are in contact with or near plant life.

"It's a good ability, though I don't need it," Leon mumbled as he approached the Miracle Fruit. "But Michael could use it."

Just as Leon was about to take it, several treants suddenly appeared and attacked him, their dark bark extending like tentacles.

Leon jumped away to dodge the attack and then drew his katana. He wielded it with precision, extending it like a whip to cut all the treants in half.

After dealing with the treants, Leon took the Miracle Fruit for himself, storing it in one of his many storage pouches. He then used his Treasure Hunter ability once again.

As the Golden Arrow reappeared, Leon followed it.

Buzz...

He stopped as he heard the buzzing sound. "Well, I guess I got lucky somehow," he said.

He peered from behind a tree and saw a nest of bees, which was quite large, almost covering the entire tree. Daffodil bees were flying around, gathering ingredients for honey.

Daffodil bees are notorious creatures that suck one's life force while paralyzing them, causing unimaginable pain. However, the honey they produce is the best in the world, offering exceptional healing properties and providing a significant amount of life force to those who consume it and many other benefits.

they are called natural Alchemist for this special honey of theirs after all.
