Monster raids

"Siren! Siren! Siren!…" loud blaring sirens started to boom across the town at the same time.

"Attention, this is not a drill but an emergency, please take shelter in nearest bunker..."

Leon looked around as he saw this as this meant monsters are coming.

He came out followed by Michael and Leon.

"lets go and help everyone one" he said, as ran to wards the walls.

The wall is twenty meters tall and thickly built and it also has Grade 1 protection artifact fitted inside.

The protection artifact may not be as good as Clock Dome but it still able to thwart up to Sergent stage monsters.

Only especially strong Sergent stage monster or above stage monsters could break the wall.

That is not the only defense town has, there are few cannons, Mayor, sheriffs department and some independent Corporal also there to fight for towns protection.

There is one officer from the sheriff's department at the base of the wall and about to stop them from going up when a voice comes from above.

"Let them come!" a voice called out from above, startling everyone as they expected to be scolded for not being in the bunker.

Leon jumped directly to the top, while Michael and Ellen exchanged looks of confusion.

"What? Let's just take the stairs; we can't jump like that," Ellen urged, rushing towards the stairs. Michael sighed and followed after her.

When they finally reached the top, they saw Leon and a thin man locked in a tense stare-down. The air was thick with tension, and Ellen gasped as she recognized the thin man as someone above the Lieutenant stage.

"Who are you?" the thin man asked, glaring at Leon.

"And why do you care?" Leon shot back, trying to make sense of the situation. The moment he reached the top, this guy had appeared, pointing a blade at him.

"Because there's no way such a young and powerful Evolver exists in this backwater village," the thin man replied, suspicion in his eyes.

"Wait, Dad, he's Leon!" Ellen suddenly exclaimed, remembering that Leon's appearance had changed quite a bit.

"Wait, he's Leon? Are you sure?" Ellen's father, or rather, the mayor, asked in surprise.

"Yes, I'm sure," Ellen confirmed.

"S-Sir Liam, forgive him for the misunderstanding. He's one of us," the mayor quickly explained to the thin man.

"Forgive him? This isn't a joke. He could kill all of us here with just a snap of his fingers," the thin man, Sir Liam, said, still on guard.

"Yeah, well, I have no reason to—unless you attack me first," Leon replied coolly, his stance relaxed but ready for anything.

"Brother, you forgot that your appearance has changed quite a bit. It's not their fault," Michael chimed in, trying to diffuse the tension. Leon shrugged, stepping away from the confrontation and gazing over the horizon. "Weak horde," he muttered under his breath.

The mayor's lips twitched at Leon's remark, but he wisely kept quiet. If even Sir Liam, who was known for his strength, was on guard against Leon, there was no way the mayor could stand a chance against him. "Are you from the central continent?" Liam asked, still wary.

"No, I'm not," Leon replied casually. "But I am from an organization there," he added.

It was true—just last night, Alucard, along with Leon's mother, had gone to the Pyramid, the highest authority of the Human Alliance. The Pyramid oversees everything in the human world, including the supervision of new guilds and organizations.

While it was just an overnight decision for Leon, it was a whole month of intense discussion for the Eclipse's council. He didn't know all the details of what transpired, but his mother had mentioned that it was best to formally announce themselves soon. Today, they had gone to get evaluated.

There are many grades of organizations, with the top being the Supreme ones, followed by Tyrant, Emperor, and then King. Fortunately, the evaluation had gone well. The three Guardians of Leon's organization were Supreme, standing at the peak of this world's limits and capable of breaking through to the upper world at any time—but, of course, they wouldn't do that just yet.

"Which one?" Liam asked, still suspicious of Leon.

"Today, a new organization is going to announce themselves. You'll know then," Leon replied, his gaze steady on Liam.

Turning away, Leon added, "Now, let's see what others can do." Without warning, he grabbed Michael by the collar and tossed him off the wall.

"Leon! You bastard!" Michael shouted as he fell.

"If you kill the most, I'll give you something good—or any of you, for that matter," Leon said with a smirk, turning back to the others.

He then pulled out a Miracle Fruit, which he had begun cultivating in his Spiritual World. Any plant registered there could be grown, though the Miracle Fruit had its challenges. It took a massive 100 years to grow, even with time dilation helping, which translated to two years in real-time. Fortunately, Leon could grow them in vast numbers, and the fruits weren't limited to just the Miracle Fruit of Regeneration—other miraculous fruits might also emerge.

"This is the Miracle Fruit of Regeneration and Healing," Leon announced, holding up the fruit for everyone to see. "The runner-up gets it as a prize, As for first place, It's a hidden reward that I will personally give," Leon declared.

Everyone stared at the Miracle Fruit, even Ellen and her father. Liam also looked at it with keen interest. As he eyed the fruit, he couldn't help but sigh, realizing that Leon was no ordinary youngster—he might be well beyond his years.

Liam then turned to the specialists gathered around him, his voice firm as he said, "You all better perform well. As you can see, just the runner-up reward is lucrative. The first-place prize can only be imagined."

Among the crowd was Kevin, who had once bullied both Michael and Leon. Now, he stood trembling, too scared to even step forward, fully aware of the vast power difference between them.
