Leon opened his eyes to the sound of notifications. "We've arrived, huh?" he mumbled as he woke up from his bed. The room he was in was luxurious, befitting the premium ticket he had chosen.
Leon stepped out of the massive plane, a colossal airship so large it could put three Titanics to shame by its sheer size alone. The ship, known as the "Black Reaper," was not only enormous but also capable of carrying an incredible number of passengers and cargo.
Back in Carol City, after resting for a month while waiting for this airship to take him to the Grim Battlefield, Leon had recruited three new candidates for his organization, each possessing remarkable talent.
As the Vampire Progenitor, Leon's blood-related abilities were immensely enhanced, allowing him to create more clones than anyone else using the same skill book. He deployed his clones all over the continent to locate hidden diamonds or talents. His goal was to build the strongest organization, one that would not only protect this world but also invade in return, giving those Grimms—beasts that devour humans—a taste of their own medicine.
Leon stepped off the plane, checking his holowatch. "Hmm, Fort Cavendish... So, I'm in Grim Battlefield 9, huh?" he mumbled to himself. Up until now, no one had informed him which battlefield he would be assigned to, but now it was clear.
"If I remember correctly, in the original timeline, Michael was sent to number 11, and here I am in number 9," Leon muttered. He didn't know exactly how many Grim Battlefields there were, but he was aware there couldn't be more than 20. The lower the number of the Grim Battlefield, the stronger it was, so being in number 9 meant either they had high expectations of him, or they had discovered his mastery of Level 1 Rules.
"Either way, I can't do much about it, as I'm going in under an identity unrelated to my organization, but it should be fun," Leon mused.
His thoughts shifted to the mission he had set for himself. "Another thing I have to do to help humans here is to kill the corruption, which is easy if I use my Blood-related skills," he mumbled, already planning how to deal with those acting like young masters in this place.
"Mission Massacre Young Masters, start," Leon whispered, clenching his fist high in the air, drawing curious glances from those around him.
"Huh, a peasant getting hasty after reaching here," someone muttered nearby.
"Leave him, brother. He's just ignorant."
"Hmm, with such weak strength, he'll definitely be killed within a few days," another person remarked, dismissing Leon's display of determination.
Leon awkwardly put his hands down, feeling the weight of embarrassment as he began to walk away. "Damn, that was embarrassing. I almost forgot I'm no longer in my own room," he muttered to himself, trying to shake off the awkwardness.
He continued towards the city—though it was called Fort, Ravenclaw Fort was actually a massive city. So vast that even three cities the size of Westblood City, which spanned at least 23 square kilometers, could barely occupy all its area.
Leon looked up, sensing the activities above and noticing numerous airships going in and out of the city. "Hmm, this place sure is famous," he mumbled as he exited the station. Looking around, he decided his first stop should be Adventure Paradise to upgrade his holowatch since the standard ones wouldn't work here any longer.
On his way, Leon noticed two peculiar things: everyone here carried their weapons openly, whether on their waist, back, or even strapped to their legs. And these weren't ordinary weapons; they were totem artifacts.
Even Diablo and Lucifer had received their own totem artifacts—legendary-grade ones. Leon had used the "Awaken " skill on the blueprints, and when they were created, he used it again on the finished products, pushing Diablo's to peak legend grade and Lucifer's to high legend grade.
Second thing was they are older then him, as Leon here is only 16 years bit others are mostly above 20 .
As Leon walked people looked at him curiously while others who understood the reasons for him being here looked at him with Envy.
Leon unbothered by his gaze kept walking towards the Adventure paradise, he soon reached there while checking out the information about things here.
Ravenclaw Fort was a place where survival was not just a matter of choice but necessity. Much like Westblood City, people here earned credits by hunting beasts and selling their body parts. However, the major difference was that here, it wasn't optional—everyone had to do it. Everything, from the simplest actions to more complex tasks, contributed to earning Credits that were essential for functioning within the city.
Leon's previous earnings of all Credits in Westblood City could only amount to 13 million Credits here. The conversion rate was brutal—Million Credits from outside were equivalent to just one thousand Credits in Ravenclaw Fort. Additionally, this conversion was a one-time thing per account to prevent people from making easy money outside and converting it here.
The next critical aspect of the fort was its guild system, as over 90% of the people were affiliated with a guild. The guilds were ranked from D, the lowest, up to C, B, A, and finally, S, the strongest. If the lower-ranked guilds were considered typical Evolvers, the S-ranked guilds were monsters—super elites with enough power to destroy all the guilds ranked below them. It wasn't easy, but the capability was there, making the S-ranked guilds the true powerhouses of the fort.
Leon's thoughts were on the many benefits of joining a guild, such as support, valuable intelligence, and the backing of fellow members. The sense of camaraderie and the advantage of having your guild mates' support were significant perks in this city.
When he arrived at Adventure Paradise, a hush fell over the room as everyone's eyes fixed on him. Their stares were filled with bewilderment and envy. This reaction was expected, given that everyone here was at least at the Colonel stage, while Leon was only at the peak of the Sergeant stage and just 16 years old. Most others were around 25.
Ignoring the curious glances, Leon approached the receptionist. "I'd like to change my Holowatch," he said.
The receptionist directed him to the 13th floor with a casual nod. After obtaining his new Holowatch, Leon found it cost him 3 million credits, a hefty sum for something that wasn't even the latest model. As he left Adventure Paradise, he sighed, "The latest model costs over 33 million credits. I can't afford that right now."
Walking back to his apartment, Leon noticed people stopping to look at him. "Damn, two years later, there will be many youngsters like me coming, so Michal wont stand out much. But now, I'm alone, and even my clones and others are of standard age don't stand out. As for 100 of them, I didn't let them come here until the opportunity arises, I couldn't let anyone suspect that so many from the same region could comprehend powerful rules and abilities."
"Well, whatever," he muttered to himself. "I'm pretty sure these idiots will get used to me in a few days.
