After Claudia Ross finished the crab porridge, Katie Poole ignored her and focused solely on peeling shrimp and picking crab meat, even feeding Wyatt Perry by hand.

It was like a barrage of dog food.

Claudia Ross scoffed, this wasn't inviting her to a seafood feast, it was more like inviting her to a display of affection.

She bowed her head to drink water, nearly letting the tears fall.

In three years of marriage, she hadn't realized how attractive Wyatt Perry was when he smiled.

When he wasn't smiling, he was cold and cool, looking unapproachable, but once he smiled, the distant coldness vanished without a trace, and even his voice could become soft enough to drip water.

"I'm sorry, I need to go to the restroom," Claudia Ross stood up to escape before the tears could fall.
