Chapter 86: Embracing Death, Resolved to Divorce_1

Wyatt Perry raised an eyebrow, his teeth grinding with a grating sound, "What, can't spit it out?"

"It's rare for me to enjoy soy milk and fried dough sticks; I can't bear to spit it out." Claudia Ross swallowed, thinking of the taste and yearning for more.

"If you can't spit it out, then don't force it."

His appetite waned at the sight, and even the urge to kiss her dissipated.

Forget it, she wouldn't trouble herself either.

Claudia Ross pursed her lips, "Are you that free? How about we go to the Civil Affairs Bureau right now and get the divorce papers done, to save some people the hassle of brooding over it all day long, getting upset at the drop of a hat."

After last night, Wyatt Perry's decision to divorce wasn't as firm anymore.

He frowned deeply, his voice grave, "Now is a critical time, let's postpone the divorce."

"Postpone until when?"

Claudia Ross didn't know whether to be happy or worried.
