Looking at the dazed Esmee Perry, Claudia Ross couldn't help but smile, "Who am I if not Aunt Carol? Esmee, even you don't recognize me?"

Although Esmee Perry did not recognize Claudia Ross's face, she recognized her voice.

"Are you really Aunt Carol?" She still couldn't quite believe it.

"Yes."

"But you look different from Aunt Carol I met before."

"Auntie didn't put on makeup today," Claudia Ross thought for a long time before coming up with an answer that a child could easily understand.

"Oh." Esmee Perry seemed very satisfied with that answer, and said with a simple smile, "I think Aunt Carol looks prettier without makeup."

Claudia Ross smiled, her eyes crinkling, "Thank you, let's go in!"
