Chapter 349: One Day

The next alarm was a delayed camera that activated every ten seconds. It would sound an alarm if it detected any moving objects. This camera caused Lin Ma much trouble. While they were clearing out the zombies at point A and waiting for the zombies from points B and C, Lin Wu saw a camera dropping from the ceiling and quickly dodged aside.

The camera's white light didn't catch Lin Wu, but it shone on the zombies rushing to support, and a piercing alarm sounded instantaneously. Fortunately, they weren't far from the entrance and managed to escape outside the fire door before they got surrounded. The others were trapped in the office, not daring to make a sound.

The third difficulty became apparent: the zombies chasing Lin Ma didn't return to their original positions after losing their target but stayed there in a dormant state. Reluctantly, the two had to clear their way through. Although they resorted to melee weapons, they still wasted a lot of bullets and picked up a lot of junk.
