Duel

They all sat down. The professor was in the pit." This is where you will duel each other. I will call down two random people then you will grab a weapon from this rack. Then you will duel."

The first two people the professor called were Alex and Jacob. Alex grabbed a bow and Jacob grabbed a sword. "Start." The professor yelled. Alex stepped back so their was distance between him and Jacob.

Jacob ran at him and Alex started to shoot arrows at him. But Jacob was slicing them in half. Alex then produced his aura and put it into his bow. He shot it and Jacob cut it but there was another arrow behind it and hit Jacob in his arm.

Jacob took the arrow out and produced aura and put it into his sword. He slashed at Alex. Alex dodged and a big cut was made in the ground. It didn't hit Alex but he was still injured. They continued for a couple more minutes but the injury Alex got from the cut on his arm made him forfeit.

The next to people went up. It was Cole and Ryan. After about ten minutes the match was over and Cole won only by a little.

The next two people that were called was Ava and Jessica. Jessica chose the scythe and Ava chose the spear. The match begun. Jessica charged at Ava launching an attack at her but Ava took a step back blocking the attack.

Then Ava launched an attack it hit Jessica in the shoulder but it wasn't deep. Jessica grabbed the spear and hit Ava with the blunt side of it. Ava went flying. "Jessica won." The professor said.

Lastly it was Jack vs Mia. Jack chose a staff and Mia chose a sword." Match begin." Mia launched forward at Jack swinging at him but Jack blocked it with his staff. She jumped back. Jack went after her. He tried to hit her but she blocked. Then she ran at Jack and cut his cheek.

Jack backed off. Mia put aura into her sword. It was like magic. The sword started to vibrate really fast. She jumped at Jack and she swung. It broke the staff. Jack jumped back using his wind aura he boosted himself towards Mia hitting her in her stomach.

She went flying and hit a tree. She got up grabbed her sword and tried to catch her breath. Jack ran at her producing a sword made out of light. They both swung and when the sword made contact it made a big boom sound and there was a lot of dust.

Everyone was wondering who won. The dust cleared and they saw Jack standing up and Mia on her back." Here let me help you up." Jack said while grabbing her hand." Thanks you fought well." She said." You too." Jack said.

The professor walked over." Congratulations to the winners. Everyone can go leave. Return tomorrow while we figure out what class you would go into."

Everyone left. The classes were a,b,c, and d. The only difference between the classes was the professor. The lower the rank you were to more basic the training was for you to catch up. There wasn't any discrimination because this school is only for non nobles.
