"Scale?" Lu Qing echoed, perplexed.

"Yes, a common scale, a measurement scale, an accepted standard like how you measure distance or weight," Lu Sheng explained, trying to clarify.

"Young Master, Spirit Essence is not tangible enough to be gauged or measured like physical objects. The only way we measure it is on an individual basis, through resonance," Lu Qing responded, his voice thoughtful.
