Chapter 263 : The Strongest's Back And Battle Starts.

The moment had finally come. After everything they had been through, it was time to bring back Gojo Satoru.

Standing before the black cube of the Prison Realm, Angel raised her hand, her expression serious. "I'll begin now. Once the seal is undone, he should be free."

Yuji, Maki, and Choso stood nearby, watching with tense anticipation. Choso crossed his arms. "Are you sure we should do this? As Tengen said, the time inside the Prison Realm could be different. This month worth of time for him could be a minute or a decade, maybe even more. Are you sure it's safe to let him out just like this…"

"He's Gojo. If there's something to scratch that annoying bastard, then I would love to see it before we all go to die."

"I'm not talking about him."

And suddenly everyone quieted down.

"Let's hope that's not the case."

"And what if it is?"

Maki pursed her lips. "Then we're screwed."

"Getting our existence completely erased by Purple is still better. Can't be worse than getting dismantled by Sukuna, right."

Angel ignored their doubts and activated Jacob's Ladder. A massive light engulfed the Prison Realm, its glow so bright that they had to shield their eyes. The cube cracked, pieces shattering off as Angel's cursed technique erased the seal.

Then, silence.

Yuji stepped forward. "Did it—"

A sudden, violent tremor shook the ground. The sky darkened, and an ear-splitting sound cracked through the air like thunder. The entire country felt it—an earthquake that sent shockwaves far and wide.

Even Yuta, who was far away doing god knows what.

And then, as if he had simply stepped through a door, Gojo Satoru stood before them.

His blindfold was off, revealing his piercing blue eyes. He stretched, rolling his shoulders. "Man, I hate tight spaces. Yo, Yuji, it's been a while."

Yuji's jaw dropped. "He's really back…"

Maki smirked. "Took you long enough."

Gojo grinned. "Ah, fresh air, just when I was getting used to that cozy dark place. This ain't bad though, a little too airy maybe." He glanced around, noting their exhausted faces. His smile faded slightly. "I take it you guys were hoarding all the fun while I was taking a nap."

An eye roll later, Angel spoke up. "Kenjaku buried the other half of the Prison Realm under the sea to stop you from getting out."

"Oh, so that's what it was. Well, a little loss in aquatic life is still better than one of the cities vanishing from the map." He dusted himself off. "Alright then, where's he?"

Yuji's fists clenched. "He took over Megumi's body."

Gojo's expression darkened. He turned away, stepping forward. "Then let's go bring my student back."

"Oh by the way, where's Yuta?"

"Yuta-senpai came back from overseas. He must be in one of the colonies."

"Ah, good to hear. But I'm talking about the other one. Where's Hiro? Thought he would be stepping up to take my position, you know. Always thought he had potential."

"Oh he did, it's a pretty awesome story."

"Tell me it ends in a badass fight."

"Even better, there was a Dragon Ball theme song involved."

Gojo suddenly had a big grin on his face. He knew that kid would be going places.

"Tell me everything."

Yuta finally found him. After searching endlessly, fighting off military forces, and taking down sorcerers, he stood face to face with Suguru Geto.

Or at least, that's who Yuta thought he was. He really should have read JJK Manga. After season 1, he had been going blind completely.

"You're a difficult man to find," Yuta replied with clear irritation on his face.

"And you're a difficult man to kill," Geto smiled and replied back. Unlike others, he was the only one who knew that Yuta was alive. He never captured the boy in his domain after all in Shibuya. The boy was gone by the time his domain established.

First time for him to see something like this, and he has seen a lot in his long life. After all, he wasn't Geto. He was Kenjaku, an ancient sorcerer who had seen eras changing.

After watching the boy defeat Sukuna—only at 75% of power, but still Sukuna nonetheless—he knew that for his plan to work, he had to take the boy out.

He took his chance when the boy was weakened after beating Sukuna and leveling the entire city. He directly went to capture him in his domain, but it didn't work.

He outright vanished.

Geto stood calmly, his arms crossed as if he had been expecting Yuta. "Your existence has been throwing my plans into disarray," he said with a smirk.

"Not the first time I have been an absolute prick in a villain's arse, believe me."

Yuta smirked but then narrowed his eyes. "The military, the Culling Games. You have been working hard."

Geto chuckled. "I have been working hard for ages. But that doesn't matter, everything is already set. The golden world of Jujutsu is already upon us."

Yuta didn't answer. By now, he had gotten used to the long-ass villain talks. An absolutely amazing time to act while they are babbling about their grand plan.

So he lunged forward, punching at Geto. But before his punch could land, a massive cursed spirit emerged, blocking the attack with its thick hide.

Yuta jumped back, clicking his tongue. Figures. Geto's ability was to control cursed spirits. But he knew that there was more—if it was only this much, then he wouldn't have had this much trouble against him last time.

Geto smiled. "You're an anomaly, an unexpected element in the plan. I knew that I would have to get rid of you sooner or later."

"What should I say? Surprise. Just fight already," Yuta rolled his eyes.

Yuta wanted to end this fight sooner rather than later since his Hero Time was running low. All that running around and saving citizens really took its toll. He had to figure out Geto's abilities before going all out though, or he might really be at a disadvantage here.

More cursed spirits appeared, attacking from different directions. Yuta dodged effortlessly, punching through some while evading others. He noticed that Geto wasn't attacking directly—he was only using the spirits.

'He's testing me too.'

Yuta continued to fight defensively, letting Geto believe he was struggling. He needed to see how strong these spirits were before making his move.

He didn't even have to use his RCT—a combination of his Playful Cloud and his mastery of Navy Six Style was enough.

Suddenly, a giant centipede-like curse lunged at him, its jaws snapping. Yuta barely dodged, but before he could counterattack, another spirit attacked from behind. He twisted midair, slashing both creatures down.

"Not bad," Geto admitted. "But you're running out of time, aren't you?"

Yuta's eyes widened slightly. He knows about my Hero Time?

Geto smirked. "I've been watching you. Your curse energy is very limited. Nothing else explains why you avoid using that power you did against Sukuna in Shibuya."

Yuta exhaled. "Nah, I just enjoy a good fight. Even if it means holding back a little to enjoy one, I'm down."

Now enough talk, come at me…
