Kamden breathed a sigh of relief and said to Helen, "Sorry, I have news."
Helen shook her head and said, "It doesn't matter. Take a look at the news first."
Kamden picked up her phone and found that it was Whatsapp. She thought that it was related to the cooperation case, but when she clicked on it, there was only one sentence: Caitlin was in the South City Branch.
His fingers instantly tightened.
Helen noticed his strangeness and asked with concern, "What's wrong?"
A case has gone wrong." Kamden stood up. "I have to go back to the company. I'm sorry I can't accompany you."
Helen chuckled and said, "It doesn't matter. You can go and do your work. It's the same for me to choose."
In many cases, Helen was very understanding. She never made things difficult for Kamden. Kamden even thought that Helen was not bad. At least, she was gentle and sensible. She would never pester him when he was busy with his business.
