Elestria and the Eagle

Gideon looked up at the clear sky. His eagle had just taken flight. It had gone to Emberfall's group.

The weather was in Seraphim's favor. There was no storm in the way. They moved quickly into the Seraphim plains.

The scent of brown wolves wafted over. The warrior men turned into black wolves as tall as a one-story house. In front, stood a charming white wolf.

Their red eyes watched intently at a large tent. The crowd emanating from inside instantly fell silent. In too short a time, the black wolves ambushed the tent.

Not far away, Elestria stopped chasing. Her body turned backward. She couldn't find the large tent among the thick trees.

The eagle looked over. Elestria was no longer chasing. So, it teased her by flying around her.

Her attention returned to it. Elestria continued to chase. She ignored the momentary inkling that Emberfall's group was in danger.
