"I should buy my own motor or car now, with this amount of money it was no problem buying my own motorcycle" mumble Dave as he scroll at the phone deciding what motorbike to buy

A day has passed Kennedy and Dave arrive at the driving school
"Hi sir how may I help you" the employee asked
"I want to get my driver's license please"
"Sure sir please come this way" employee as he lead them inside an office

An hour has passed after doing all the necessary thing and paying extra 50 dollars for the test gaining 500
Dave finally got his driver's license
"That was exhausting doing all that work and documents" Dave as he sat down on the chair
After both of them resting for a while they finally walk out of the driving school

Arriving at the motor shop you can already see through the different motors outside through the window of the dealership.
Upon entering Dave immediately walk to the motor that he wants to buy before getting his driver's license
"I want to buy this Kawasaki Ninja H2" Dave as he look at the big Ike in front of him
"Are you sure about that this one is expensive it cost about 32,929 dollars?" Kennedy as he looked at Dave in shock 'where did this kid get his money from?'
Looking at the shock look of Kennedy and his expression
"I just won a lottery I won 40,000 dollars" Dave as he smiled
Hearing what Dave save Kennedy had a look of understanding on his face
"I see no wonder why you choose this you're quite lucky" Kennedy as he keeps nodding his head while talking

A while later they finally finished all the necessary documents before buying the Big bike
"Please come again next time" The manager said as he smiled while looking at them

Arriving at his dorm and hearing the sound of the Big bike Dave dorm mate walked outside and they had a shock look on their faces as they saw Dave driving this Big bike.

Parking the big Bike Dave was immediately surrounded by the people

Night has arrived Dave and his dorm mate are drinking alcohol again that night
Day has arrived
"Hey Kit can I join to train with you on your MMA training?"
"Sure you can come anytime, I'm going this after noon let's go together"

Noon has arrived
Looking at all the people training Dave started to get nervous a little bit after all he's an introvert
"Here's my coach" kit as he pointed at a man lean but with full of muscle with a beard on his face.
"Hey Kit youre here and who this?" the coach said as he looked at the young man beside him
"Oh this is Dave he says he's interested in training with MMA " Kit as he explained the reason why Dave was here
"Come here we're gonna do warm up make sure to keep it up" The coach said after he listened to kit explanation

2 hours later
"Damn that was tiring and my body ache" Dave as he was panting and drinking water after an intense training
Looking at Dave, kit said "you will get used to it"

After they showered they go their own ways
"I should rent an apartment for privacy" Dave mumble while driving
Arriving he walk to his landlord room
"Auntie I'm gonna move out"
"What?! Your moving out is there a problem staying here?" Landlord as there's a shock look on her face.
"There's no problem staying here I'm just gonna rent my own apartment" Dave as he chuckles seeing the auntie shock face
"Oh I thought there's a problem, no problem when are you moving out?" Landlord said with a sigh
"Im moving tomorrow"
"Okay"

Later that afternoon
"So Mr. Dave you want to rent this apartment if it's only you this gonna cost for about 500 dollars" the Manager of the apartment said
This apartment is not your ordinary apartment as it have a aircon to the room and living room
The room has a big bed that can fit 4 people together and there will still be much space left and there's a big tv infront of the bed
The kitchen area is like a kitchen of Gordon Ramsay
And theres the bathroom with a big bathtub and the wall are concrete
Seeing the design of this apartment
"There's no problem I will pay the monthly now and move here tomorrow"

Seeing Dave paying up the manager smiled
"Pleasure doing business with you Mr. Dave" as he offer a handshake after standing up

Morning arrived
After moving all the stuff that Dave got he finally move into his new apartment
Lying on the bed "hahhh, so comfortable"
"I should start a business now preferably a restaurant with a good chef and an affordable food"
Searching online he found a good location, the location was near the beach with the window facing the sea and a spacious space inside the house
"This one is perfect but I want to make it more grander like an putting an air con and an expensive design outside the restaurant and a good interior design inside to make it looks like it was for rich people but the food is affordable, with the food cheapest to the most expensive"
Contacting the owner of the house an answer immediately came after all this house is for sale
"Hi how may I help you?"
"I want to buy the house"
"Ah, sure sure let's meet at this X cafe" the seller said after saying the location of the meeting that's gonna took place for all the necessary document to sign

A while later a two men talking inside the cafe
"I didn't expect Mister Dave to be so young" the seller as he was shocked at how young Dave was
"Well nice to meet you Mister roger" Dave as he smiled
"Here are the necessary document to sign after you paid the house, if you pay full it cost for about 20,000 for this house or you can pay monthly for 20 months for 1,000 dollars for each month" Roger after handing the documents to Dave
Dave reading the documents and making sure there were no deceptions
"I'm gonna pay full" Dave as he transfer the money to Roger
[Host has gained a total of 200,000 from the 20,000 dollars]
Seeing his balanced Roger shocked as the house was paid full immediately, after this his attitude immediately become respectful.
"Mister Dave pleasure doing business with you" said Roger as he smiles while shaking Dave hands
"Can you also help me get someone to change the interior design of the house and put an aircon inside the living room and a design outside the house?"
Hearing all these things Roger immediately answered
"There's problem Mister Dave I can call for the workers immediately you just need to tell me what design do you like"
After discussing all the design Roger was shock because all this thing's are expensive they cost for about the same price as the house as they were high quality design and need high quality items.
"Mister Dave I will call you after all this is finished"
Hearing this Dave walk out of the cafe and head straight to some random restaurant to eat it was lunch time now as it took over hours to talk about the house design

"I should hire a good chef" Dave said as he opened his laptop and created an advertisement about hiring a good chef with a monthly salary of 500 dollars
"I will check it tomorrow if someone applies for the job"

Arriving at his school Dave met Isabella and they started going to the same classroom
"Hey Isabella how are you?" Dave as he smiled while asking Isabella
"I'm fine, how about you?"
"Well I'm fine too, do you have time this weekend?"
"Yes I have time this weekend why?" Isabella as she was confused why he asked if she have free time this weekend.
"Let's go on another Date, we're gonna go to Baguio"
"That far? Isn't this like a honeymoon now" Isabella after recovering from her shock and chuckle
