Chapter 21: a lunatic

The blonde man's friends got concerned before approaching him.

"Hey dude are you okay?" An NPC asked

Joker bend his back slightly and turned his head to look at the one who called him as his tongue was out while saliva was dripping from his tongue.

"Well yes I'm okay" Joker said as his saliva was making a mess at the man's face while laughing maniacally making the man shivered. He didn't even have time to feel disgusted before he felt something warm on his throat.

Touching the warm liquid that was dripping on his neck the man tightly held his neck as blood still kept flowing out and as his eyes were wide open and his mouth moving like he was trying to say something, before he fell.

The nearby people saw this and panic ensued.

"Ahhh! A murderer"

"He killed a person!"

"Oh my god he killed a person in broad daylight"

"Where are the guards?! There's a murderer here!"

A different kind of reaction was shown as the people were running away from the man in panic, the guard arrived at the place but only the dead man with his pool of blood was there, the joker had escaped with the crowd of people.

Dave already walked out of the hospital before Joker killed the man.

Looking at the reaction of these people Dave felt an excitement.

"Am I being influence by joker? Why am I feeling excitement at the panic face and horror of these people" Dave mumbled as he touched his face, before shaking his head, walking away from the scene as far away as possible.

The cops have arrived where the murder took place 30 minutes later they are now investigating where the killer went.

Dave decided to stay in Eagle country for a while.

"Hey Isabella are you with princess? I won't be seeing you for a while, why? I'm in Eagle country doing a business, okay I love you two" Dave said as he called Isabella.

Dave also called his parents that he was in Eagle country, of course they reminded Dave to be careful, as they are worried about his safety, Dave smiled at this and assured them.

"This country is quite advanced so I should be careful on what I do here"

"I should call Amelia and shadow to stay in this country"

Dialing the phone of Amelia it was immediately answered "I want you to go to Eagle country bring shadow with you, this country is more developed so you can bring out all your potential here"

After all there were alot of companies here in Eagle country and Eagle country is the most developed country in the world.

2 days later Amelia has now arrived in Eagle country.

"Amelia during these few days I want you to find me a company that I can view for a few billions of dollars. After that you will begin your operation of wall street here '' Instructed as Amelia just nodded with a smile on her face.

Looking at the news joker has become the attention of the nation's as during this time he already killed a thousands of people.

The reason that he killed so many people was because he blew up a building, making the building collapses killing thousands of people on the process.

With this they even sent some special forces to kill him, but everytime they were thinking that he was gonna get killed instead they walk into his trap, making him the most wanted man in Eagle country.

They even send CIA to find him but every time they found him he disappeared like a ghost making him an unpredictable terrorist.

Because of this the citizens of Eagle country became unrest because of this unrestrained and psycho criminal that laughs even when he killed people.

"damn where did this clown came from?" A chief of police said as he looked at another incident cause by the clown, in these photos there were burned bodies of human in all ages and gender.

"This clown is mentally unstable killing children and old people" his assistance said.

"The worst of it all was that everytime we though that we finally gonna capture the clown, instead what we found is a trap" the chief said in a grave tone as he looked at his subordinates.

The subordinates also frowned at this, some are even sweating because of the clown unpredictability.

"Coordinate with the CIA and FBI use all our manpower to capture this crime" the chief said as he slammed the table angrily and clenching his fist.

"Roger that" the assistant nodded before walking out if the meeting room announcing to others.

Most of the police coordinate making the once crowded police station making deserted.

People saw a lot of police cars driving away from the police stations across the country, just to capture a single man.

The man they were trying to find was now in an abandoned house with broken windows laughing like a maniac.

At the front of this clown is a man tied in a chair with a clothes gag in his mouth, there was even tears following from his eyes and making a sound, making his face look pathetic and desperate.

"Well killing a government official should be fun right?" Joker said as he licks his lip.

"Ahh just thinking about the chaos that will be ensued makes me tremble from excitement"

The man trembled when he heard what the joker was saying. There was even anger in his eyes but because of the cloth that was in his mouth he couldn't shout.

"Just looking at your desperate face makes me so happy that I couldn't resist killing you" joker said as his body tremble from exciting.

Joker hold the knife inching closer and closer to the man face, when the man saw this he desperately tries to move his body even shaking his head making his head that was close to the knife stab his eyes making him fall to the ground as the leg of the back chair broke.

The man was moving uncontrollably because of the pain of his eye being stab.

"Oops that's not my fault you move so aggressively that you stab your eye" joker said as he laugh looking at the man that was sweating like a bucket, and his left eye bleeding profusely.
