Chapter 2- Waterballoon Warfare:

As I Made My Way Down The Hallway Along With Charlie, Seemingly It Was Quiet Which Wasn't The Norm, Charlie Then Glanced At Me With A Grin.

"Imma Be Honest You Should've Been A Bit Less Harsh On Her She's Just A Kid Even If She's A Brat That's All I'm Saying, Dude" 

I Merely Rolled My Eyes "Well They Gotta Learn At Some Age And The Real Question Is Why Are The Corridors So Empty? Usually We Have People Fighting Or Smoking" I Asked Already Knowing That Both Of Us Had No Definitive Answer. 

"Maybe They Got Some New School Behaviour Assistant, You Know Since The Last Ones Were Too Slow To Catch Us And Put Us In Detention" Charlie Added Jokingly, I Had The Same Thought It Would Be Interesting To Actually Have A Member Of Behaviour To Stand A Chance Against Us.

Soon We Made Our Way Into Class, For Registration Unfortunately This Was The Most Challenging Time Of The Day As Usually Forms Were Filled With The People You Hate.

To No One's Surprised Then Nick Entered...

"What's Up Classmates And Gals? How's It Going?"

As Nick Walked In I Could Almost Feel My Smile Fade Away In Under A Second, Even The Form Teacher Wasn't Impressed. Quite Honestly I Wouldn't Be Either. Everything About The Guy Just Wreaked Of Pure Gross Jock Mentality. 

"Well I Guess The Class Dick Has Arrived" Charlie Mumbled Giving Me A Playful Nudge As I Laughed A Little. Generally I Don't Smile In Class When I'm Sat Next To A Person Unless It's My Pal. "Yeah, I Guess" I Answered Still Snickering A Little.

After A Long Time Of Registration, It Was Finally Time To Start The Proper Lessons. I Slowly Made My Way To Science Class. The Usual Mr Dewsnap Was Waiting, Of Course, This Was Sarcasm Since Dewsnap Never Waited On People And Usually Got Straight On With The Lesson. As I Entered The Room, The Teacher Shook His Head As I Already Knew I Was Five Minutes Late. 

"So Class Today We Are Going To Be Learning About An Atom And Its Properties So Can Anyone Tell Me What Three Things A Nucleus Has?"

The Class Fell Completely Silent As He Asked The Question, I Merely Smirked At The Sheer Embarrassment, The Teacher Then Turned His Head And Folded His Arms Sighing In Utter Embarrassment Aswell. So I Decided To Lift My Hand Up Since It Was An Easy Question A Toddler Could Even Answer.

"Oh It's Simple, It's Got A Proton, Neutron And Electron" I Answered With Certainty As The Teacher Nodded In Amazement. "Congratulations, I Can't Believe The Most Misbehaved Got That One Right... Really Goes To Show" He Sighed Almost As If He Was Ashamed Of The Rest Of The Class.

As The Class Went By, So Did My Attention Span, We Got Handed Test Sheets Which I Usually Speed-ran Through And The Lesson Soon Came To An End. Which Not Surprisingly I Was Glad About.

Fortunately, It Was Now My Favourite Time Of The Day, Lunchtime. However I Bumped Into My Pal Which Made Lunchtime Alot Better, He Then Chucked Me A Waterballoon And Gestured For Me To Come Closer As I Did He Pointed Downwards Revealing A Crevice In The Floor.

Since We Were On the Top Floor And We Could Now Launch Water Balloons On Unsuspecting Students And Teachers Alike. "This Is Perfect" I Smirked Waiting For The Unsuspecting Target That'd Come Into Our View.

Our Eyes Were Like Vultures Waiting For Prey, Then Fortunately Alice Came Into View As I Clutched The Water Balloon I Waited For Just The Right Moment To Not Screw Up The Prank. 

"Matthew, Drop It Now!" Charlie Yelled As I Dropped The Balloon Down Onto Her On Impact It Smashed Like A Bomb With Water. As Water Now Dripped On Alice's Hair And Clothes, As She Began To Get Red With Anger.

"What Idiot Did This To Me!? Ahhh I'm Gonna Get You!" She Yelled Loudly So Loud That We Could Hear From The Upper Level. I Then Sprung Into A Fit Of Laughter Rolling Around On The Ground Hysterically As My Laughs And Charlie's Laughs Echoed Throughout The Hall.

"That Was Perfect Buddy, I Mean Water Balloons Come On A Little Cliché But I Guess They Never Get Old Ahahaha" I Fist Bumped Charlie Shakily As My Body Was Still Shaking With Laughter. "Yeah Good Job I Had Some Spare From My Party Last Week" He Sighed Calmly, As We Began To Calm Down.

However, I Felt Familiar Footsteps As I Was Lying On The Ground I Looked Up And Saw A Teacher, Though Just Not Any Teacher.... 

...THE HEADTEACHER!

I Sprung Back Up And Stood Upright Looking More Presentable Charlie Did The Same However The Front Of His Dirty Blonde Hair Covered His Eyes, Honestly, It Was Quite Comedic. Mr Kan Then Turned His Head Around To Me With A Somewhat Smile Although That Smile Was Usually Not A Good Thing.

"Uh, How's It Going Sir On This Fine Evening?" Charlie Spoke With A Somewhat Chilled Expression. "Oh It's Going Calmly I'd Say However I Need To Ask You Boys What Were You Doing Just Now?" He Asked In A Serious Tone Which Contrasted His Smile.

"Oh Nothing Really Sir Just You Know Chilling Upstairs" I Shrugged Trying To Throw Him Off Our Actual Reason That We Were Here. Mr Kan However Didn't Seem To Buy It By The Look On His Face, He Then Nodded Before Speaking Again.

"You Know You Better Stay Out Of Trouble Because You Know This Is... Uh What? You're Forty Fifth Detention Now?" He Asked Rhetorically With A Grin Before Walking Away. 

"Remember I Don't Wanna Have To Kick You Out But I Have To Keep The Balance Of The School Together" He Added Before Disappearing Into The Crowd.

"He Doesn't Have The Power To Do That Right? Right?" Charlie Argued With a Confused Expression, I Merely Sighed However It Was Surprising That Both Of Us Still Even Survived With Forty-Four Detentions In The School. 

"Well He Has The Power To Do So Pal, It's Just I Don't Know I Guess He Doesn't Feel Like It" I Shrugged Without An Actual Definitive Answer. 

I Then Jogged My Memory Of My Timetable, To Which I Remembered That I Had Biology Along With Charlie.

"Shouldn't We Be Heading To Biology?" I Nudged Charlie To Remind Him And From His Expression It Seemed Like He Instantly Remembered. "Ohhhh Yeah... We Do Actually" He Nodded As We Began Making Our Way Down The Corridors.

Soon We Reached The Classroom, The Aura Was Quite Calm And Peaceful Different From Many Of The Other Lessons. This Mainly Was Because The Teacher Being Mrs Wright, She Was A Calm And Collected Teacher Who Wasn't Very Short-tempered or Unfair. 

The Minute We Entered The Class, She Was Already Waiting With Her Arms Crossed Shaking Her Head. "A Bit Late Aren't We Gentlemen?" She Chuckled "Oh Yeah The Corridors Are Packed With Students" Charlie Answered Seriously, Even Though The Corridors Were Completely Empty Which Made It All The More Funnier.

"Just Get Inside You Donut"

She Replied With A Roll Of Her Eyes But With The Same Bright Smile Painted Across Her Face. After About Another Hour Of Class, It Was Now The End Of Lesson, The Lesson Went By Swiftly Mostly Because I Had Some Fun.
