Blood splattered everywhere.

The battle in the sky was still ongoing.

The clown stood where he was, laughing as he reached out his hands and searched through the pockets on his body.

"Looking for a cigarette?"

The male cultivator handed him a cardboard box with half a cigarette sticking out of it.

"— — -no, I heard that this thing is bad for the body"

The Clown shook his head, then took out a candy box from his hip pocket, carefully opened it, and took out a colorful candy to put in his mouth.

He appeared to be enjoying it.

"What are you doing?"

The male cultivator asked as he looked down at the book in his hand.

The contents of the book about the 'Fallen Cursemancer' were slowly disappearing, replaced by words related to the Clown.

"Pleasing — — are you pleasing yourself?" the male cultivator asked.

"No, I'm just reminiscing," the Clown replied.

"Reminiscing about what?"

"My time as the Clown shouldn't be long," the Clown replied.

"Oh? You're about to break through? "the male cultivator asked with interest.

"I'm afraid it won't be long."

The Clown drew a Card from the void of space.

He looked at the Card in front of his eyes, only to see that it depicted a double-barreled shotgun.

The Card blurred a bit, and then the picture on it turned into a Gatling gun.

The Clown glanced at the sky.

Only to see that while the Card User only had one hand left, he was screaming in pain and quickly retreating, muttering: "Soul, come!"

"In your dreams! "

The evil creature mocked him as flames erupted from his body, quickly spreading across the void of space.

A soul that had just appeared was struck by the flames and was reduced to nothing.

The Fallen Cursemancer immediately retreated.

The evil creature gave chase.

Both sides fought intensely, unable to determine a victor for the time being.

"Ah — — -the Gatling gun probably won't be able to kill him"

The Clown muttered, put the Card back into his pocket, then drew another card from the void of space.

Another Card was drawn.

On the Card, Andrea was standing by the water, smiling as she looked at the Clown.

"Do you need something from me?" she asked.

"I don't hire child labor, but this is an invitation between friends," the Clown replied.

"Invitation for what?" Andrea asked.

"A fight?" the Clown asked.

"You want to get rid of him?" Andrea asked.

"Of course, go get rid of that guy."

Saying so, the clown threw the card out.

Lines of burning text appeared in the air:

[You've drawn a heroic spirit card: Crimson Lord – Andrea]

[This' pleasing 'has taken effect.]

[Heroic Spirit Andrea is about to go through an exclusive process.]

[Andrea obtained temporary growth through your power and obtained a brand new title:]

[Devil Seeker Whelp, Andrea.]

Bang!

White mist erupted, and a petite figure appeared in the mist.

'Andrea!

She had two ponytails and was wearing a colorful miniskirt. She casually grabbed a spear from the void of space and rushed into the sky.

"It's that heroic spirit — — damn it, I've been tricked!" the Fallen Cursemancer angrily shouted.

He wanted to draw a card, but was stopped by the evil creature's continuous close-range attacks.

Meanwhile.

On the ground, the clown raised his hand again and made a shooting motion.

"Bang!"

All around Dark Mist Town, all the formations had gathered into a sea of spiritual light — —

This sea of spiritual light had been suppressed for so long that it finally turned into a pillar of light that shot through the sky toward the Fallen Cursemancer.

The Fallen Cursemancer didn't dare to be careless and dodged to the side to avoid the attack. But it was too late.

At the very next moment, Andrea had already appeared in front of him.

Her figure spun around, manifesting numerous spear images in the air.

The judge was about to attack, but as soon as it saw her, it cautiously dodged to one side, as if it was afraid of being touched by something.

The Fallen Cursemancer dodged back and forth between the pillar of light and the spear images until he finally avoided all of them and flew far away.

"Hoh … you're still too early to kill me," the Fallen Cursemancer said.

Andrea stood still.

Her crimson eyes gave off a faint glow of flames as she chuckled, "That might not necessarily be the case."

Her figure flashed and turned into a graceful flame dragon in the air, spitting out a mass of flames in front of her.

The Fallen Cursemancer hurriedly drew a card and shouted, "Trajectory change!"

The raging flames immediately turned around and shot up into the sky.

The Fallen Cursemancer sighed in relief, then suddenly trembled.

The flame dragon in front of him had already disappeared.

Andrea had silently appeared behind him, the crimson spear in her hand had already pierced through his chest.

"The evil you've done shall be devoured by my weapon," Andrea declared.

Boom — —

The Fallen Cursemancer turned into a humanoid mass of flames and flew through the night sky, falling toward the ground.

Andrea chased after him, caught the corpse, and descended towards the Clown's direction.

"This guy is our spoil of war."

She told the Clown.

"In truth, I was also about to fly up and fight him, but you ended up killing him instead. How regretful," the Clown giggled and rubbed his hands, seemingly anxious because he didn't act.

The Clown and the male cultivator both turned to the corpse, only to see that the Fallen Cursemancer's body had been casually tossed aside, leaving only a pile of bones.

Although the Clown had helped her and forced the Fallen Cursemancer to dodge when she activated the formation, a single attack was enough to kill him.

— — -This level of strength was truly shocking.

The male cultivator cautiously took a step back and bowed to the Clown, "Your heroic spirit is very powerful, no wonder the Goddess had allowed you to become a Saint."

"You're too kind."

The Clown took out a small bag from his chest and tossed it to the other party.

"What is this — – ah, Clown, you're a likable person."

The male cultivator weighed the bag and smiled.

The male cultivator glanced at him, then at Andrea, thought for a few moments, then finally spoke: "Seeing how you've helped us, we should reward you."

"Sir, I want a Soul Healing Card," the Clown said.

"That's fine — – normally, we would confiscate all of his belongings and fill up the Goddess' storehouse, but since you've helped us greatly during the battle, I'll give you one." the male cultivator said.

He walked up to the pile of bones and chanted a cryptic incantation.

A Card flew out from the pile of bones and landed in the male cultivator's hand.

— — -It was the Soul Card!

The Clown received the Card and smiled. "Thank you very much. May I know your name?"

The male cultivator replied: "You don't need to know my name, the chances of us coming here from Purgatory are getting smaller and smaller, from now on, you'll have to rely on yourself more and more."

"Why is that?" the Clown asked.

The male cultivator lowered his voice: "Do your best, very soon, you'll leave this cultivation world and return to Purgatory."

"I still have two Saints on my side," the Clown replied.

"They're trash. Don't compare yourself to them, got it?"

"So that's how it is."

"Very well, we'll be going."

The male cultivator nodded to the Clown, then his expression froze as his body fell straight to the ground.

He had returned to being a lifeless corpse.

In the sky, the evil creature opened a burning gate and disappeared without a trace.

— — -They had all left.

The Clown walked towards Zhao Chanyi and lightly pressed the Soul Card against her chest.

Bam!

The entire card instantly turned into a star-like radiance, quickly revolving around Zhao Chanyi, and then completely entering her delicate body.

Lines of burning text appeared in the void of space:

[You've used the Card: Soul Healing Card on Zhao Chanyi]

[The other party's Soul strength has been greatly replenished, beginning to recover the vitality of the 9 Lives Demon Cat]

The restaurant was completely silent.

Zhao Chanyi closed her eyes and silently sensed herself for a few moments before her lips slowly curled up.

Behind her, a complete snow-white tail suddenly appeared.

"Wah, Liu Ping, my tail is finally back … meow meow meow meow meow!"

She threw her hat away and leapt forward to hug the Clown, rubbing her head against his neck.

"Alright, be serious," the Clown helplessly told her.

The cat didn't budge at all.

"Oi, there are people around," the Clown said.

"The war isn't over yet, it's not time for us to celebrate," the Clown replied.

The cat ignored him.

"It's only tail, you might lose your life again in the upcoming battle, you need to be cautious." the Clown told her.

"Got it? Now that you've taken human form, there's no need to act like a cat. I won't be able to feel your joy. "the Clown told her.

The cat didn't listen.

"I know you're happy, you can come down now." the Clown told her.

"Just now, that person said that there's going to be a huge change, we still have a lot of things to do, so we need to hurry." the Clown told her with a cold tone.

— — -but the cat continued to happily rub against his neck.

Andrea stuck out her tongue and shook her head, "This guy is really like a cat trying to please you."
