Chapter 1046: Wake Up Quickly

Talking with Chi Jingxuan, Qin Yuji didn't realize when she had fallen asleep. When she woke up again, Chi Jingxuan was still in his right-side sleeping position, holding her as he slept.

Knowing how exhausted he had been these past few days, Qin Yuji carefully got out of bed and tucked the blanket around him.

After pacing for a while, sweat soaked through her clothes. Qin Yuji poured some hot water and wiped herself down, then changed into dry pajamas and opened the hospital room door to step outside.

In the corridor, Ah Cheng was standing watch with his team. Seeing Qin Yuji come out, he quickly approached her.

"Young Lady, if you need anything, just call me. There's no need for you to come out,"
