Chapter 7: Flowers Blooming Slowly

Gerard stops and say, "Hector…I don't want to tell what the event is or why Xavier is agitated, You know…You get why there is a party…for you and Michelle…"Hector realizes it. "What's going to happen?" asks Michelle. "My grandpa and your mama… are planning to engage us…" said Hector. "That's harsh… That's right… I do like you but I treasure our friendship more than that…" said Michelle. "I do too… why they can't respect that we are friends…" said Hector. 

Gerard was mumbling to himself. Michelle seems to be saddened a little and ask, "I never taught mama would do this…" said Michelle. "Damn… Mich starts to sound like Mitsuki little by little too…" said Gerard. Hector seems to giggle and say, "So you admit you care…" said Hector. 

"Oh fuck off!" replied Gerard. They stop on the mansion. "I know you like each other… but you decided to be friends… I respect your relationship… Bryce chose Michelle to be your actual friend… You need one right now who understands except me, Rex and Bryce and I did not predict it earlier…" said Gerard. "It's fine… Papi…" said Hector. "Hector… Things are escalating faster than I thought… So please…Brace yourself." said Gerard seriously. He calls someone on the phone.

"Just take care of our baby boy…" said Eleanor as she and Gerard goes to the office. Michelle smiles. "Honestly Eh-chan… That was fucked up… you…me…engaged ha!" said Michelle. "Nah… You will be Mi-kun always…" said Hector. Gerard goes to them. Michelle drops her little book. 

"The Silverfox and the Lumberjack…" said Gerard, he opens it revealing graphic sexual images between men in manga form. Gerard froze and said, "What the actual FUCK!" said Gerard. Michelle takes it. "Hey! I did not finish making that! Thank you!" replied Michelle. "Papi is extremely homophobic, I sometimes use that as his weak points…" said Hector. "Damn it Hector… You start to be like your Papa…Anyways…" said Gerard. 

Hector yawns. "Okay… rest up… I'll go get Bryce, Bruce and Bryan…" said Gerard. Hector and Michelle instead go to the spring garden. They look around even more. "Well, this is my grandma's English Garden… We have tulips, lilies, roses and other fruit bearing trees…" said Hector as they go out.

 "Nice… It has even a type of pond thingy that connects to the big pond…" said Michelle. They start to talk things and start to get closer and closer, they start to go to the nearby arcade. They play air hockey, then a gun fighting game. Hector seems to win. A basketball game, Michelle really knows how to shoot it off , then a punching Dummy. Michelle punches it, she scored 78. "Wow… You are quite strong for a lady… I'm impressed…" said Hector. Hector crunches his fingers and punches the dummy. 

"Wow… 97… What are you eating man?" implied Michelle then they walk almost outside and found a hiding plushie crane machine.They look carefully. There is a shark plushy. "Oh!" said both of them as they try to take the shark plushy. 

Hector grabs the gray shark plushy along with another dark gray shark plushy. He drops it down. They took it. "Nice… it was big enough to cuddle…" said Michelle. Then they stop by a restaurant. People start staring at them. 

Hector signs the waitress. She gives them menus. "You look familiar…" said the waitress. She realizes. "Oh… You are that guy's son…" said by her as she points out Rex and Al. "Nah…I win… Come on… Lobster voucher… I need 30% discount at the fish market…" said Rex. "Damn… that was good guessing…" said Al. Michelle and Hector go to them."Mi-chan! Hector!" said Al. "So how's my baby boy?" asks Rex. Michelle giggles and say, "baby boy…" said Michelle. 

"Pa… your embarrassing me…" said Hector. Rex hugs him. Hector pushes him away. Michelle keeps smiling as she looks at them. The waitress goes to them. "Miss, gives us some fish and chips and barbecue…" said Rex. She starts to write it down and goes back at the kitchen.

 "So, what are you two up to?" asks Michelle. "Well… We are solving some type of case… I need Rex's connections on this one… Apparently, he was an ex-military… man… The suspect turned insane after the war. He's in an asylum for some years… Quite an expert commando… He's brewing up something…He burn few Military facilities in Pentagon… He bombed the white house 3 years ago, house of parliament, the US embassy in Iraq…He's the terrorist that no one can trace…" said Al.

"Okay…cool…" said Michelle "So, how's the party…" asks Rex. "Let's just don't talk about it…" said Hector. Michelle and Hector softly slam their foreheads in the table. "Okay… What's wrong…" asks Rex and Al. "They want the two of us engaged…" said Michelle.

"Why? You two do like each other? You are hugging by the shore a while ago!" said Al. "We do… not this way… We are friends before we like each other… I want to take things slow… so we friend zone each other…" said Hector. "Thanks Eh-chan… that's the word I was finding…" said Michelle. "No probs.. It was the right thing to do…" replied Hector. "Am I the only one who thinks our kids are weird?" asks Al. Rex laughs. "Look who has the same situation…" said Rex.

Rex laughs even louder. Al face palms and bang his head softly in the table. Rex laughs even more. The waitress gives the orders. Bryce goes inside. He looks at them. "Why… Never mind…" said Bryce as he sits near Rex.

"So, did you get that girl's number?" asks Bryce to Rex. "Well… no…" said Rex as he softly slams his head in the table. "Okay… I get it now…" said Bryce. He looks at Michelle and Hector… he realizes something was not right and says, "Hey, what's the problem kids?" asks Bryce. "Mama Mich and Viktor 'Horror' Anderson tries to set me and Eh-chan for an engagement…" said Michelle. Al asks, "But you go cockoo over Hector in the magazine." Michelle says, "Yes! But HE was Eh-chan!" said Michelle.

"Okay… your best friend that you miss a lot… I thought Eh-chan was a girl… geez… sorry!" apologize Al. Bryce looks at Hector. "How about you buddy… any violent reactions about it?" asks Bryce. "Remembering everything… We were close when we are young…" said Al.

 "She's a good friend… I respect that… we should stay that way…" said Hector. "Actually… I did not expect you two would be engaged together…" said Bryce. Al sits straight. "Bryce, here's some findings…" said Al. Bryce takes a note with strange language. Hector looks at it but he don't understand any characters. "Okay…No…" said Bryce. They sit straight. "Here's your order.." said the waitress. She looks at Bryce. "Your Doc's eldest son right? Bruce or something?" asks the waitress.

"Nah, I just shave my beard clean… little haircut and hair dye…" said Bryce. "Damn! You're hotter than I expect… Is he your son?" asks her. "Yup, that's one of my boys… Then my foster Brother , Rex… they look alike but Rex is just his dad's twin!" said Bryce. "Mhhh… No wonder… Say hi to Galiana for me…" said by her as she goes away. "You know her?" asks Al. "Yup… She's an old friend…" said Bryce. "I smell love affair…" said Rex. "Oh shut up…" replied Bryce. 

"She's actually hot you know…" said Al. "Yeah… But I have a girlfriend… I don't row two boats at once…" said Bryce. Rex and Al laughs. "What's so funny?" asks Michelle. Al and Rex look at each other and grin. Bryce rolled his eyes, "No! I mean it! Please… don't say something again!"

 "Rex, shut up… Al ,shut up too… Why do you need to sexualize all things… "said Bryce. Michelle and Hector giggled. "Nah… Mushroom king was always Mushroom king… Denies everyone, chases Love… conquers dominating women… goes crazy for the mushroom king!" said Rex in a news sports announcer accent. Bryce karate chops Rex's head. "For an older brother… don't act immature…" said Bryce. They laughed. Few moments later, they all go out and look at the time.

 "Well… I'm resting for a while…" said Bryce. He goes to the road going to the mansion. "I will be going too…" said Al. He goes the opposite way. "So, want to hang out with us?" asks Hector. Rex smiled and taps his shoulder, "Not this time baby boy… Papa… needs… a little privacy with Pops and Papi…" said Rex. He runs to Bryce he whispers something to him. They looked Serious. Gerard goes to them too."So… The dare today is… Go with me all night…" said Michelle.

 They ride a taxi. "To Sunkiss Spa!" said Michelle. The driver drives them over. Few minutes later they have arrived. "Good afternoon…" said by one of the crew. Michelle gives her two tickets. "Oh… Couples… that's 20% discount to all our services… Please enjoy!" said by her. 

"You… bring me here, pretend to be a couple while we denied an engagement… You're weird…" said Hector. "I just want to use this coupon… pretend we are love-dovey couples" whispered Michelle. Hector laughs awkwardly. They go to the massage room. Two muscle guys are waiting. "Come on Honey pie…" said Michelle. "I start to feel… uncomfortable…" said Hector. "You owe me a dare… Let's go!" said Michelle as she goes to the women's changing room.

 Hector goes to the men's changing room. "Oh ya… that one looks so yumsy-chumsy sorbet…" said by the other man in a deep voice. "Fuck off!" said by the other one who seems pissed.They return from the changing rooms. Michelle goes out covered in towel. 

She lay down on. The gay masseur hisses a little. Hector goes out being a little shaky. The male massager can't help to notice his pale skin and very pink nipples. Hector lay down. "That one is Chinese…" said by her. The timer stops. Hector gets out with a tan glow on his skin. He's not too tan, just a sun-kissed one…. Making him ruggedly and clean handsome. "Oh ja… From hot to sizzling…" said by the operator.

They go back to the changing room and go back outside. "What is thisa sunset stroll on the beach?" asks Hector. "How homo-erotic… I mean romantic…" said Michelle as she types something on her phone. Hector awkwardly smile with a hint of confusion. "Anyways, why did we taxi to here…It's just a kilometer walk from the beach…" said Hector. "Dude..chell… Let's walk away while playing romantic…" replied Michelle as she hugs him from the back as they walk.

She stops and bumps unto Hector. Michelle blushes as she says, "Don't tell me those are two bags of token?" asks Michelle. Hector blushed and moves away. "Yup…" lied Hector as he adds, "You're walking pattern seems to be off…Maybe you are tired walking in these heels…" said Hector. 

Michelle takes of her heels and put it in here right hand. "How did you know…" said Michelle. The way we walk back to the changing room…I gentleman mustn't deny that…" said Hector. "You sounded like Doc from time to time…" said Michelle. 

"Is something bothering you?" asks Hector. "It's just… Mama… I never taught she will be like that…" replied Michelle. "Sometimes , people change… Let's just hope… Your Mama didn't change for the worst…" said Hector. "You seem to tolerate people a lot…" said Michelle. He replies, "No its not tolerance… It's a matter of perspective… You are the only daughter of Mich anyways… even adopted one. She really does love you… maybe… just maybe…"

"You don't give up on people…" said Michelle. "Sometimes I do…most of the times… no. Pops taught me dad…" said Hector. "Is Doc that amazing and good hearted since from the start?" asks Hector. "No… he always told us… improve as a better person…" said Hector.

He stops as they look at the perfectly orange sunset. "Let's stop for a while… My hands are a little shaky…" said Hector. They sit down by the side walk. Hector look at the twilight skies as he sees the first stars as the sunset sinks deeper and deeper. "Pops… Pops always told us… he will change for the best… He's not exactly a perfect good person… he did pretty bad things in the past… But, my Dad never gave up on Pops… Pops change because of my Dad… I wish I am not burdening him…" said Hector.

In the mansion, Gerard, Bryce and Rex glares at Mich. "Kuminasai(sorry)!Kuminasai!" said Mich. "I'm disappointed on you Mich…" said Bryce. "But … I like them ending up together…" said Mich. Al goes to them. "Aru-nii…" said Mich. "I'll be honest… I like the two of them together too…" said Al.

They all sigh and say, "We do also! Especially Bryce…" said Gerard. Bruce and Sherry nods in approval, Abel too. "So why you don't like the engagement?" asks Mich. "Because… I want it to come naturally! They are friends before… two lonely persons who seem to push people away from them… They can help each other a lot… It could cure Michelle's insecurities… And help Hector recover from PTSD..."said Bryce. "Wow… I didn't… know that…" said Mich.

"I'll be honest… Michelle is like a daughter to me… I care so much for my son's feelings too… I do want something good for… not forcing out everything for great assurance…" said Bryce. "I'm sorry… Maybe…Is mi-chan angry on me?" asks Mich. "Not really… she's just… disappointed…" said Bryce. 

"Oh… I should apologize to her too…" said Mich. Hector and Michelle goes inside laughing. "No…It's actually that time… no… That's quite funny though…" said Hector as Michelle roars in laughter. Hector laughs back as his asthma attacks. Michelle panics. Bryce takes his inhaler in a drawer. He gives it to him. Hector uses it. "I never laugh that much…" said Hector. "Well, you should… anyways…Ka-san(mama)…" said Michelle. Mich goes to her. She hugs her.

"Do you hate me?" asks Mich. "No… It's just… I'm not ready for that… not some engagement for a merger too… I do look Hector but, he was Eh-chan first more than anything else… I want to spend at least good times with him… We have lots and lots of years to catch up…" said Michelle.

 Mich looks at her. "We are sharing some of them too… It seems He was a year older than me in college, but he studied in Oxford… things like that…" said Michelle. Mich looks all mushy. "You genuinely respect and love each other…" replied Mich. "Okay… I will cancel it! I don't want to disappoint my only daughter." said Mich. "Okay… Well, let's have a short dinner…" said Gerard. They all go to the dining room. It seems to be a buffet. The head butler says, "Sir…. The guests have arrived." 

Another very young looking Japanese woman goes to them. "Mika?" asks Bryce. "Bryce..." said Mika as she rushes to him and hug him with a tiptoe. Bryce pushes her away but she keeps hugging him, like a snake. 

Bryce goes nears her face and say in a scary handsome smile, "Don't be an annoyance…" Mika shivered and seems to be aroused. Mich takes her away as they converse in Japanese. Michelle goes to her and hugs her, they start to converse in Japanese even more. An elderly Japanese man goes inside. He calls Michelle. "Mitzuki Oji-san(grandpa Mitzuki)!" She hugs him. It seems he is his favorite. Viktor walks alongside him. "Oh, Viktor-dono… You… Your grandsons are really handsome!" said Mitzuki. 

"Yeah… You have seen them…" said Viktor. Eleanor joins and she rushes towards Gerard, knocking him down and kissing him for few minutes, as if she was rapping the big guy. Gerard runs away. "Honeybear!" shouted Eleanor as she chases him away. 

Mika looks at Rex. "OOOH!!! You look like an older Hector… Are you his actual dad?" asks Mika. "I wish… Well, I'm still one of his three dads…" replied Rex. Joy, Dr.Ernstein and Dr.Abeco goes inside. "Matey!" said Rex to Dr.Abeco. "Captain!" replied Dr.Abeco as they make a slap-bump , hug and taps on the shoulder with a following slap on the bum. "Aw! Gago!(stupid)… You hit to hard!" said Dr.Abeco. "Still a pussy… I see…" said Rex. Dr.Abeco punches him in the shoulder as they laugh. 

Joy joins Bruce and Sherry. Michelle,Abel and Hector goes to them too. The butlers and maids go inside to but drinks and alcohol. "Well… Abel, Hector, Bruce… Maybe video call Lance and Vens… I want to introduce you to someone…" said Bryce. 

Abel and Bruce video calls Lance and Vens. A Voice emits from Abel's phone. "Yoh… baby bro… sorry… My camera was broken…" said by someone on the phone."Lance… Pops, is introducing someone to us…" said Abel on the phone. "Really? I knew it… His Girlfriend!" replied Lance. "I think so…" said Abel. Bruce's phone rings. "Hello? Bruskie! Sorry… I don't know how did I turn of my camera… But I see Pops waiting someone…" said Lance on the phone. 

"What the fuck?" asks Lance, a Red Haired guy with blue eyes goes to Lance. "Oh! Oh my! Pops! I can hear vaginas exploding from miles away!" said by him. "Vens, Lance, Language!" said Bryce. "Pops looks so weird without his beard… Handsome, but it kinda weird…" said Vens. They laugh. A pale, a long almost white blonde hair woman in a black suit with steely blue eyes and red-red lipsticked lips march in such a stern,robotic manner."OH MY! She's smokin' hot!" said Lance.

 "Yeah… okay…whatever" said Abel. "That's Baronesse Galiana Von Eiricht… Our next step mom is a royalty or some sort?" asks Vens. "No… I don't know… but I think she's good for Pops…" said Bruce. She hugs Bryce happily and kiss him for 12 secs as if she's eating his face. 

After doing that she looks like a vampire, sucked out some blood from Bryce. They laugh. "Greetings my Barchen(little bear)…" said Galiana. Bryce lowers her a little and perform a sailor's kiss her for 10 secs. Even more awkward to look at as Hector, Bruce and Hector seem disgusted. Bryce takes handkerchief and wipes her face as he wipes his. Galiana smiles, lickes her lips and say say, "I like how you dominate me…Brrrr…." said Galiana. "Yuck!" said by the 5 of them.

"Oh… I think I'm gonna throw up…" said Hector. Bryce and Galiana go to them. "Hey… Sherry! Give godmother a hug…" said by Galiana. Sherry hugs her as she laughs. "Nice to see you Bryce's boys…" implied Galiana. She handshakes Bruce and say, "Oh… You are Sherry's husband… "

Galiana looks at his face properly. "You…you remind me of someone…" said Galiana. She handshakes Hector. "Dearest boy… You look like Rex, Lex and Viktor… But… you have all the charms they have…please to meet you…" said Galiana as she shakes Abel's hands. "Oh… Ohhhh… are my eyes deceiving me? You look Like Helga quite a lot… guess who's her girlfriend in college!" said Galiana. Hector and Abel seem to disgusted out and say, "You… Fucked my mom… I gonna throw up!"

"No silly! Best Friend not the F kind! I only F your Pops!" said by her. Bruce, Abel and Hector has mixed reactions of grousing out. "Oh… Your Elle's girl… They are different building… We only meet few times…" said Galiana. "Pleasure is my…" said Michelle.

She looks at Bryan. "What a cute…cute baby… Sherry! Make more! I want another child of yours, If you found yourself in Germany, make more babies!" said Galiana as Sherry and Bruce hugs each other. "We were planning too… I want a girl this time…" said Bruce. "I want another boy!" said Sherry. "Well, why not have a boy and a girl…" said Galiana. "That's good… So cute… he looks like Bryce in that photo…Maybe because he is still young…" said Galiana. 

Hector cannot describe an earie feeling… She just realize… Bryce was rubbing Galiana's butt cheek. "Geez! Pops! Get a room!" said Hector. Galiana slaps Bryce's hand. "Receive it for later… I will not let you sleep…" said Galiana as she walks away. Abel vomited in the kitchen. 

Mika glares as Galiana Galaiana glares back with a smug. "You…" said Mika. "What can I say… Mika Kazeteru… He's mines… all mines… rawr…" said Galiana in the most straight, prideful, manner. Michelle goes to Al, Mika and Mich. "She looks nice…" said Michelle. "Well… She is as long she doesn't hate you… That woman is bad news to be an enemy… Bruuuu…." said Mich. 

They start to get food in the buffet. Joy, Sherry, Michelle, Bruce, Abel and Hector sits in a round table in an island terrace with a pond bellow, connected to the Spring Garden Michelle and Hector was before. The Garden was lit up as they look at it. "So… How's baby bell?" asks Bruce. "Nothing much…" said Abel. "How about Joy?" asks Bruce. "Nah, same as always… Lance still drunk dials me saying he still loves me… I always tell him, your boyfriend love you… you clod…" said Joy. 

"Hey!" said Lance on the phone. "Oh… You are still connected…" said Joy She turns off Abel's phone. "Hey!" said Abel. "Lance… Lance… cheated me with a girl, now with his new Beefcake boyfriend…" said Joy. "Shut up!" said Lance on the phone. "You shut up! Asshole!" replied Joy. 

"Lance is Michelle's step brother now…" said Bruce. "Oh gush… Lance is a siscon… He always likes to have a little sister to tease with…" said Joy. "Fuck you!" replied Lance on Hector's phone. "Lance! Go back on Abel's phone…" replied Vens. Joy turns off the smartphone. "Gush!" said Joy. "Lance is somewhat a pain in the ass…but, he's a good brother…" replied Michelle. "I here that Mi-chan… Did you meet Hector… Yeah, He's the one I'm talking about…" said Lance. 

"Dude! They ran away from an engagement!" shouted Bruce. Vens and Lance runs wild shouting. "Hey! You are with Lance?" asks Bruce. "Yah… I'm with my boyfie too… say hi!" said Vens. "Hey…" said by a deep voice. "Wait… where the hell are you two?" asks Abel. 

"We are in Jasper, Alberta, Canada… My props took a while since, this man…he's Ven's boyfriend… Quite need to finish it…" said Lance. Lance holds the camera, showing a brawny lumberjack with good looking face, well-trimmed brown beard and, very masculine charm. 

"Really?" asks Hector ."Hey!" shouted by a deep voice. The crowd seems to chatter up. "Hector!" shouted by an older lumber jack and his twin goes to them. "Boss Job! Boss Rob! So… Each team is given a joker card the as the target for assassination. Whoever gets target the enemy wins. 

Al gives them decks. "So in the end… we will put on numberings…So From Hector to Rex… 1,2,3,4,5,6… same from Michelle to Mich… 1,2,3,4,5,6…" said Sherry. "Okay!" said Bruce. They give each member a card and give the joker to Bruce. "As usual… Declare the target, If you attack, step forward, say the number. Say Kill Guard or Kill Faker, If wrong answer attacker dies and the defending team shuffles the cards…If right answer, both the attacker and defender dies. If the Faker Assassin was wrongly accused as guard, The defender team wins. If assassin kills assassin, attacker team wins!" 

"So, defending team must show the card for conformation but the attacking team shows then after.They look at each other, trying to read the enemy teams moves. Al looks at them and say, "Okay! First to hit!!! Heads or tails?" asks Al. "Tails!" said Bryce. He tosses the coin. "Heads!" replied Al. 

"I… will hit 1…" said Michelle. Hector shows his card. "Nope." said Hector. Michelle and Hector loose the cards. "My turn… You are fake… Number 5!" said Bryce. Mich shows her card, revealing a joker. "We win…" said Mich. "The assassin escapes! Winner! Women!" shouted Sherry. "Oh! Don't let it escape too!" said Bryce. "Okay, that's still a trial… Let's start!" said Al. They shuffle again. "Start! Women!" said Al. Galiana steps in. "I'll kill the assassin… My macho muscles… 4!" said Galiana. Bryce shows his card. It was a joker. "Women win!" shouted Al. They cheer. They shuffle cards again. 

"Men!" shouted Al. Abel steps in. "I'll kill your guard… Michelle nee-chan!" said Abel. Michelle shosws her joker card. The women cheered again. "This is so easy!" implied Sherry."Tsk… Sherry is the grand mistress of games…" said Bruce. "Then…Michelle is a investigative genius…" added Hector.

Bryce grins. "I know…" said Bryce. Hector, Bruce and Abel goes to him. "Observe how they put their hands…." Said Bryce. Then the line up again. "Okay!" said Bryce. Sherry steps up. "I kill guard! Hubby!" said Sherry. "Bruce shows his card. Revealing an ace. "Nope…" replied Bruce, both of them moves away. "I kill the guard… Michelle!" said Hector. She shows her card. They move back. "I kill the assassin… Joy!" said Bryce. Joy shows her card, it was a joker.

"Points go to the men! 2 for women, 1 for men! Only one for women to win… participants will part take in truth and dare!" said Al. The girls looks at them with a very devious face. The face of unimaginable partaking. For the first time, the men became these women's prey.

 "This looks serious…" said Rex. "It does…" replied Eleanor. Viktor and Mitzuki looks from the terrace. Mika goes with them. "You're family is lots of fun… I envy you Viktor-dono…" said Mitzuki.
