Prince Cedric " attention, to all of you, myself Cedric Von Ellsworth, as your present acting lord."

The crowd started chattering among themselves "hmm, is this Noob youngster is our new lord" "I don't like it..."

"Ah, I heard it from my neighbour who went to Ellsworth town last week, said to me about the lord, as he were saying that he is a scumbag, bastard child of Duke and in reality he was banished from the castle because of some trouble"

Prince Cedric "it's might be surprising for you, but there is no time for being surprised, because from today there going to be some changes in army of dalieh barony, Eamon say it."

Soldiers murmuring to each other "Shit, again, same shit," "Sshhh.. captain Eamon is starring you with anger"

Eamon came forward and stated reading with loud voice

"1. From today onwards, there is no temporary military, there is only full time service with 2 silver coin pay for military and 1 and 50 copper coin pay for guards between the age of 18-25 can only join to army with atleast 25 years service.

2. There will be a thining process in military, those above the age 50 will be given retirement from the military service and those that are physically unfit will be layoff from the army.

3. There will be daily special training for everyone under the coaching of instructor army chief and regular intervals exam for the new admission of soldiers with chance of promotion and rewards.

4. Knights & mages were going to take part in teaching and training of new candidate from the soldier and every successful growing of mage and knights will be 1 silver coin to the instructor. And there will be 4 silver pay for each mid level mage.

5. There will be a rank system in military service where

Marshall > General> Colonel> lieutenant > Soldier

Under this system all mid level knights and mage come under lieutenant while in soldier their is going to be another division

Circle officer> Sub inspector> constable

All the post and documents will be given by the office, go receive your documents.

6. There will be given a dog tag chain for everyone specially made for them which is very important so until you take your last breath it should always hang it on your neck.

7. New training ground and barracks were being made in the next month, until then you will practice in the mountain.

8. There is going to open a basic education camp where basic arithmetic, mannerism, reading and writing class will be teached by instructor and it's mandatory."

Prince Cedric " thank you, Army chief Eamon, So my dear citizen, it might trouble now, but slowly slowly it become habits, so to give bright future to you and your love one's, we must do hardwork.That's it, now dismissed, go collect your documents and dog tag from the military office."

Crowd started moving towards the office while murmuring with their colleagues.

Prince Cedric " Raymond call, mage chief and Eamon you also come to meeting room."

Prince Cedric went inside the royal castle and head towards the main meeting hall, where army chief Eamon and mage chief Pulsebucket is present. They both stand up and give a bow to prince Cedric
