A DEAL WITH BUSINESS MAN BO

The sex moanings from the other room distracted her and she turned and was looking at the door.

"Will you have some tea?" He offered.

She shook her head. "No."

She didn't even turn to look at him.

She was still staring right at the door.

"It seems you are interested in joining them." Business man Bo said.

Mei-ling jerked and turned to face him.

"What?!" She asked in shock.

"You seem interested." He said. "Is that the business you want in secret? Would you like a private orgy party?"

Mei-ling's face almost burst out.

"NO!" She jumped. "I'm not interested in that."

Business man Bo crosses his arms together.

She cleared her throat. "Well I want an agreement with you. I heard that you are very good at keeping your business er… confidential."

He nodded. "Yes, I am the best in China. If you go all the way to the other towns they will tell you about me."

She rolled her eyes.

Business man Bo liked boasting too much.

"Well I want you to deliver clothes and jewelry along with other luxurious things to the Imperial castle." She started.

He frowned.

To the Imperial Castle?

Who was this woman?

"You are to send it to Concubine Mei-ling and say that it's from her rich uncle who lives far away on the borders close to Korea." She told him.

Mei-ling was wise.

She wanted to incorporate some things that were of modern day into her items and this was ancient China.

She knew that the borders were close by and that things in Korea regardless of it being as Asian country was different.

It's the same way the Chinese did not know everything about Koreans that the Koreans did not know everything about the Chinese.

If she formulated a tale that her uncle was a merchant who worked far away.

Her luxuries won't be so mysterious.

"I will send the items to you." Mei-ling said. "Through someone you trust. You will use a well trusted servant that will not betray any of us and he would receive the item from me in secret. Then he would deliver it to you. You in turn will create a wealthy carriage with men who will come beating gifts from time to time."

The man listened to her quietly.

"And who would these items be addressed to?" Business man Bo asked.

"The Lady Mei-ling." She said. "Second class concubine to the future emperor."

He looked at her and stroked his beard.

"I do not make business with the royal family because if they find out, I and my business would be dead." He said.

"But no one would catch us." She promised him. "Only you, I and the person you would send to collect the items from me."

He was quiet for a while.

This was a risky deal.

If something enemy wrong, then he could have his head cut off.

But on second thought if everything went well he could make a lot of money.

It was not his business to ask what she was doing with the items or where she got them from.

It was strict business.

"So do you agree?" She asked him.

She knew he would accept.

He had helped the wicked Mei-ling in the book times without number before.

He sighed. "Yes, but you will pay me hefty."

He told her the price and Mei-ling accepted it.
