To Hunt A Goat

"Everyday bloooows." Vinea groaned as him and fox were walking down a crowded street, on there way to hunt Goat. Fox was already exhausted by Vinea's complaining from their search for Splice, and was now having to listen to him rabble on and on again as they were hiding in an alleyway. They had gotten rather used to that at this point.

"So, since Ven has Tika and Vex, I have Avis, who do you have for friends?" He asked with a sigh, just wanting to make idle conversation with the mute assassin. Fox motioned to Red and Blue, who were holding together his mask from his battle with Apex. Vinea rolled his eyes at the claim, saying in a teasing tone; "You only have mimics? That's sad."

The two mimics hissed at him before Fox motioned for everyone to quiet down as he pointed down the sun lit streets. Goat was awkwardly flirting with some ladies, who were struck by her every word. Vinea looked a bit confused, turning to Fox. "Why is she flirting with girls?"

Senshi, who had been fiddling away on the tranq gun while sat in Vinea's hood, poked her head out with an awkward smile. "She's a lesbian."

He looked stunned before letting out an understanding "oh", quickly whispering to Fox; "What's a lesbian?"

Senshi quickly nuzzled her antenna against his ear to get his attention. "So, y-you got a plan?" She asked with a nervous smile, her many legs scuttling about in anticipation. Vinea scratched his chin with a vine before looking to Fox. "Have you got a plan?" He asked with a coy smile, to which Fox gave him a light hit over the head.

He delicately pulled Red and Blue off his mask, quickly covering the hole with the tie on his suit, before motioning for the mimics to get on Senshi. She squirmed about as Vinea quickly took off his jacket before Senshi soon emerged in a more villainous black and purple dress with a mask. "W-Why i-in M-Mollia's name would I-I need to wear this?" She yelled out in a baffled tone, looking up to Fox with an air of annoyance.

Blue's tongue emerged from the mask and began licking her face as it said in a calculating, teasing tone; "Aww, does someone not like their new outfit?" Tentacled eye stalks emerged from the back of the dress, eyeing her over, speaking in a more rough, yet still cheery tone; "I think I did a good job." 

Vinea turned to Fox as he put on his jacket, just as confused as Senshi. "What is the plan here? Give Senshi an ugly dress and scare Goat?" He smirked before his face dropped slightly as Fox pulled out Diminutive's Sub-Mind. He pulled out his notepad and began scribbling on it before showing it to Vinea.

"Ah... Okay. That makes sense." He nodded along and soon slapped the heart, summoning a digital construct of Arachne, who began freaking out like before, scaring Senshi once again. Vinea quickly aimed the heart at Senshi, causing her to calm down upon the sight of her only real friend.

"S-Senshi?" She stammered out before rushing to hug her, only to phase through. Senshi trembled slightly at the sight, trying not to show her fear towards her monstrous spider former bff. "H-Hey, A-Arachne." 

She stood back up, staring down at the centipede with a smile. "You finally came for me... I-I can't really see you... Everything is so dark... A-Am I dead?"

Senshi didn't know how to respond, but decided to just be honest. "Y-You're not d-dead... B-But y-y-you're n-not y-you... You're just the s-soul of y-you."

"A-Am I still alive?"

"Yeah..."

"D-Did I-I tell y-you how I f-feel?"

"No..." Senshi nervously said as Arachne began leaning down, trying to find Senshi. Vinea moved the sub-mind next to the centipede, letting Arachne finally fully see Senshi. She soon got close to her face, using her claws to feel Senshi over, even though she couldn't actually touch her. 

"I wanted to say... You're a stupid, selfish little bug who ruined my life and trapped me in some of the happiest years of my life!" She yelled, causing the trio to look confused. Fox and Vinea moved away slightly, letting the two have their moment. "W-What?" 

"I-I-I hate that I-I still love y-you! I-I still became a D-Domain leader, I s-still enjoyed the t-times we hung out in Diminutive, I s-still love you!"

"I... L-Love you too." Senshi stammered out, letting out a nervous insect like chattering as she began circling the heart. "Now activate the heart, Senshipede." Vinea said with a smirk. Senshi, still recovering from her acceptance, nodded with an anxious smile and activated the heart.

She continued circling the heart as a flashy, bright neon pink light began enveloping her. She began to grow and shift, her body soon taking up the entire alley, shoving Vinea and Fox out of there.

"Huh, I guess love conquers all, right?" Vinea smirked, nudging Fox, who just slapped him over the head again. "That is how it works, huh" A flat voice spoke out behind them, the two turning around to see the intimidatingly large Goat in front of them. She sighed lightly, leaning down to the two with a friendly smile. "I heard something suspicious around here, you two seen anything?"

The two shake their heads yes as Vinea points to the alley. Goat gave the two a nod in thanks before walking over. "You reckon this plan'll work?" Vinea whispered only for Fox to do a fifty/fifty motion with his hand.

"Hello?" Goat called out as she entered the now darker alley that seemed to be more menacing, like something big was looming over her, as she searched it for any suspicious activity. She looked around, noticing a trash can that looked like it was flattened by multiple broad, piercing stomps. Goat began to feel slightly nervous now, hearing a rushing tapping sound. 

"Who's there? S-Show yourself!" She yelled, only to be met by silence. She sighed to herself, realising her mind was just playing tricks on her and she began to head for the light of the city, only to feel a warm, slimy liquid drop onto her horns.

She felt it over, lightly sniffing it. "Is t-this... Drool?" She thought to herself as she began hearing a heartbeat that wasn't her own. Goat began feeling dread, yelling out loud; "Friend or Foe!" as her blood began to feel cold 

Goat slowly looked up to see two beady, glowing pink eyes staring down at her. Whatever it was, it opened its mouth, revealing sharp glowing white teeth. Goat's blood quickly left her face, having only ever dealt with villains. Not Monsters.

She bolted for the light of the city, only to be met with vines covering her escape, seeing Vinea and Fox calmly chatting between themselves. She tried to scream for help, only to be met by the creature covering her mouth and wrapping her mouth in string. Goat turned back to see her adversary, a young woman with brown hair and wearing a cruel looking mask covering her face with two long antenna.

Goat took a deep breath through her nose and breaking free of the hold, regaining her confidence once she realised what was happening. "You're just a bug themed villain. You almost scared me for a second." She laughed as the villain ducked back into the shadows, only for Goat to follow after her.

"Get back here!" Goat yelled, swinging for the villainess's face and striking her hard. "You stupid bug. Go back to that undercity where you sympathisers belong!" She said as she swung for her again, not really able to see as the vines had grown to block out the light. 

Goat grabbed the villain's head, shoving it against the ground. "Not so big, are you? I bet you even like that crappy idol from the undercity, too. You know, since you got that bug theme."

"Don't talk about her that way!" The villainess yelled, easily overpowering Goat. She began to panic when what felt like hundreds of legs crawling over her body as something began binding her in place.

As soon as Goat went for another punch, it was held back by string holding her fist in place. "W-What the hells?"

"Aww. Not a fan of someone bigger then you?" The villainess said with a slight giggle as light began to leak in, revealing her long, oversized Centipede body, sending shivers down Goat's spine. "W-What the hell are you?" She yelled, trying to break free as the centipede held up what looked like a tranquilizer gun with a smirk on her face.

"I'm The Lead Costume Designer for an Idol."

After about 3 minutes of waiting around, Fox turned around to see Senshi scuttling out in her usual tiny size with torn clothes, Red and Blue as a cart with a shrunken down and unconscious Goat inside a small vial. "I got her."

"Way to go, Senshi." Vinea clapped his vines together in applause, picking up the vial and pocketing it. Senshi stretched all of her legs as Red and Blue handed the Sub-Mind back to Fox. "How did you know it would do that?" Senshi questioned, staring at Arachne's heart. Fox put Blue to his mask and said through the mimic; "I figured that if Eido grew to a giant size like in the reports, the sub-mind must do something size. And since Vinea said you had a connection to Eido, I figured emotion was a key factor."

Vinea rolled his eyes and snatched Blue out of his hand and used the mimic like a megaphone; "He read the report Biz made. He didn't figure out shit." 

Fox awkwardly looked away, seeming embarrassed. Senshi sighed, crawling into Vinea's hoodie once again. "Let's just go meet up with the others. I feel ill from being big."

"And you're clothes are ruined, so you'll prolly catch a cold."

"And my clothes are ruined..."
