Chapter 672 Unwind After Getting Stressed

"Athena, be serious..." Hera said, as if scolding her, but in reality, there was no force behind her words—especially since she was still laughing.

"Babe, I am serious," Athena insisted, crossing her arms. "If Alice shows up with her usual pack of minions, we'll slap them silly. If she brings backup, we'll slap all of them until their faces are so swollen they'd have to borrow a new one from a dog."

Athena kept her eyes on Hera, watching as the tension drained from her face. Seeing Hera snap out of her spiral of overthinking, she finally let out a sigh of relief.

Hera was always like this—she would overanalyze everything until she came up with one or two solutions she thought would work.

But at what cost?

Her own mental well-being, of course.

If this continued, Athena worried she might push herself into exhaustion or worse. And that was the last thing Athena wanted for her best friend.
