Kai was lying inside the small room, the two cores were placed to his right and he had been thinking about Bobbie's words for a while, he couldn't understand which among them all was the one who gave the order to kill Emily and her family, though he suspected Frey according to Bobbie's words.

After a while he just decided to stop thinking about it all since he would be meeting most of them very soon, Kai was not sure what time of day it actually was since there were no windows in the room, and it was illuminated by light stones.

' I will think about the barrier later, right now I'm just too tired. ' He picked up the Cores and then placed them in his pocket after which Kai closed his eyes and was asleep within a minute.
