YOU ARE NOT MY BOYFRIEND!

We don't have time on our hands, Doctor. Why don't I see the person?" Bill requested, exasperatedly.

"That is not possible. The person specifically requested for Ms Fowler," the doctor replied  helplessly.

Taking a deep breath, Grace steeled herself and turned to the doctor. "Alright, I'll see the donor. Where is he?" she asked confidently despite the turmoil she felt inside.

"Grace…" Wendy said, shaking her head.

"Trust me, Wendy. I know what I'm doing," Grace said with a reassuring squeeze on Wendy's arms.

Wendy had no choice but to nod solemnly when she saw that Grace's mind was made up.

She felt both relieved and at the same time guilty for what she was pushing her friend into. This was the last thing she wanted.

If she had her way, she would prefer to be the one to take her place, but that scum of a human did not want her, instead he insisted on her friend.
