Everyone has a level in their core/soul
Level 1 is the average civilian, they can level up, levelling up increases their body attribute, depending on what they use more, like using speed in either training or killing a monster, when levelled up it upgrades whatever was put most to work during the period it takes to level up.

Those at Level 1 - 10 have a chance at awakening, each levelling increases the chance, but once level 10 or gone pass level 10 then there will never be an awakening.

There are two types of cores in the body, there is the normal core which everyone has that depicts their level which depict their body strength and can be levelled up to ??? The core is called Soul core, some believe it also enhances the soul each level and the body only becomes stronger to handle the soul.
Then there is the Awakened cores, these are created when one awakens, there is only 10 levels once awakened they are stationary in their levels and can't be changed, meaning if you awaken an ability it could be level 5, that is the strength or limit of how much of the ability can be accessed, the output. So what this means is that two or more people can have the same ability but at different output. The Awakened cores are called Meta Cores

Level 1 - 10 are called Civilians
Level 1 - 5 is the average human to peak human
Level 5 - 10 is peak human to being able to punch a hole through a brick wall
Level 10 - 15 is able to cause a dent in concrete
Level 15 - 20 is able to bend steel
Level 20 - 25 is able to crack concrete and easily bend steel
Level 25 - 29 is able to can destroy a house
Level 30 this is where people enter the realm of super human
Level 31 - 40 Is able to destroy a Village
Level 41 - 50 Is able to destroy Villages easily
Level 51 - 60 Is able to destroy a town
Level 61 - 70 is able to destroy towns easily
Level 71 - 80 is able to destroy a City
Level 81 - 90 is able to destroy cities easily
Level 91 - 100 is able to destroy a large part of a country
Level 100 - 120 is a walking nuclear bomb can easily destroy a country
