Ji Hongtian looked at him darkly and took out his sword. "Shall I take it as you challenging me?"
He Fan replied calmly. "Don't be so irrational like your son."
As soon as he heard the term 'son', his anger calmed down. Ji Hongtian understood the hidden meaning: 'Your son is still here, in a life and death situation.' He knows Ji Changchen's life is more important and if he fought this unknown opponent, who knows what will happen. Even though his cultivation looks like Rank 4, but he knows his battle strength can't be ordinary!
However, his hesitation made He Fan frown inwardly, though he showed no emotion on the surface.
'I assumed Ji Changchen's trump card should have been given by Ji Hongtian, but it looks like it wasn't. My intuition has never been wrong, he must have something that can threaten me.
