Prologue

The autumn wind whistles. Bringing a cold breeze into the cracks of an old, dilapidated wooden palace. This palace was abandoned in the back of the grand royal palace. There, everyone called that place 'the Cold Palace'. A poor-looking young woman was wearing only white undergarments. She faced an abandoned palace that was scorching flames in the dark sky. She used her blood and tears to dye the white robe until it turned red. After vowing to punish and destroy enemies with vengeance, she leaped into the burning fire that engulfed the palace where she had been imprisoned. She intended to burn herself to death, hoping that her soul would turn into a vengeful spirit to come back and take revenge by appealing to the souls imprisoned beneath the land by this palace.

"I would like to exchange my soul my life my body to come back and take the revenge. After the cold palace was engulfed in flames, the shadowy figure of a man appeared in front of her. He reached out his hand to close her blind eyes and said the words she requested. I will give you a chance to return to your last life and then take your revenge. The exchange is the Xia clan's Heilong's land...including your body, heart, and soul."
