Chapter 5: Drugs & Accident

   It has been a while since Elvis and John started working at a warehouse. The pay there is good until when John brought an idea.

"Don't you think the items here are much?" He asked

"What do you mean" Elvis asked looking suspicious.

" If we take few things from here they'll never know" John suggested

"What you want us to steak from the wearhouse"

"I never said steal!!, it was you who said it, all I said was let's take something here and sell it. It's another way of making money".

"What If we get caught in the act" Elvis asked

"No one will notice?." He asked

"The things here are much, we can do it". All they do is to carry the boxes and load them in a truck. They where given strict orders never to check what was inside or attempt to open the boxes.

"But what do you think are inside this boxes that we are not allowed to see"

"I have no idea " Elvis said

"Let's check "

"Don't you think we are going to far if we get caught that's the end " Elvis said

"Wait let me get this straight don't you also need money. "Am not doing this for only myself you know" John said rather annoyed.

"Fine!! You don't have to get all worked up for no reason" they both opened the box and saw some white powder in small white nylon.

"What is this" Elvis asked. John sniffed it

"I think it's cocaine"

"What!!"

"Oh my God!! what do we do?" Elvis panicked

"Dude are you sure you are above 20 cause you act like a twelve years old boy.

"All we have to do is carry some and sell it"

" I heard the owner of this wearhouse is wicked and ruthless"

"I don't care if it's tte devil itself. Dude am in die need of money"

" Do you really think you can do this" Elvis asked. Just as John was about to reply they heard a voice

"Who is there". They both nearly passed out when....

Elsa was just getting off work and was about to cross. The traffic light indicated that it was time for the pedestrian to pass when a car from nowhere came straight wanting to run over her people a person pushed her out of the way.

"Ohhh" the passer-by said in shocked.

"Are you okay " the voice sounded like that of a guy

"Yes...." Before she could say the S she had already passed out .

"Hey miss"

"Miss"

"Are you hearing me" the guy kept taping her but there was no response so one of the passer by called 911.

At the hospital

Elsa had been transferred to the hospital. Her room door just flung opened

"Elsa"

"Elsa".

It's me Elvis "why are you just laying down. Get up, you know I hate seeing you sick or been hospitalized" Elvis kept crying.

"She fine. She out of danger. She just passed out due to shock " Elvis heard and turned around to look at the person who was in the room.

"Who are you?".

"Well I guess you didn't see me I was the one isnide the room before you burst in, so who are you?". The guy asked

"Am her brother"

"Is she fine". Elvis asked again .

"As you can see she's fine so I'll say you shouldn't disturb her" the guy said .

"How did you find her"

"I was just a passer by nothing much". With that been said by the guy.

"I'll get going now" she said standing up

"Okay. Thank you sir" as he was about to leave the room Elsa stopped him faintly

"Wait" she said in a whisper but loud enough for the two to hear

"I'll go get the doctor"Elvis said

"Thank you for saving me"

"It was my pleasure. The police said it was a drunk driver it's nothing to worry about" he said. Elvis walked in with the doctor

"Madam how are you feeling" the doctor asked

"Am fine just a little pain in my left leg" she replied

"You'll need some bed rest while at it I'll advice you not to move the leg too much. Just give it some days and the leg will be fine since it's not that serious" the doctor adviced.

"Okay sir" all this while Elvis never got close to her. After the doctor walked out she looked at him and gesture to him to come closer. He didn't wait for a second before rushing to her side

"I was so damn scared"

"I thought I'll lose you. I was.... I was so scared" Elvis said crying in her arms

"Hey!! Its okay am fine see" she kept patting him on his back to make him calm down.

The stranger was just looking at the siblings duo with no expression on his face. After Elvis was calmed Elsa gestured to the man standing in the room when Elvis traced her eyes and  saw her looking at the man he said

" He was the one who helped you"

"Ohhh. Thank you so much I really appreciate"

"It's nothing like I said earlier"

"I'll take my leave since you are okay"

"Sorry if you don't mind can I at least know the name of the man who helped me" Elsa asked

"Alan that's the name" the stranger replied before walking out if the room

"His a nice man" Elvis said

"Yeah he is" she said trying to remember where she saw that eyes.

"He looks familiar" she said inwards

Immediately Orm got outside the hospital after clearing the bills his personal assistant was already waiting for him in the car. He got in without saying a word

"Where is he"

"His at the basement" the Pa replied

"Go there"

Screams of a man could be heard coming from the basement. He got in and meet the man completely soaked in his blood.

The person who was punished was not other than the man that was about to run over Elsa ...
