Alex didn't panic from their appearances, familiar with those creatures. The jet-black humanoid creatures stopped a few inches away from Alex and then proceeded to bow down to him.
Alex smiled and freely walked between them deeper into the dungeon.
These jet-black humanoid creatures were Alex's Shadow soldiers created from thousands of dead bodies.
Whenever he killed someone, he turned them into his shadow soldiers which even let him earn another title during the fight with the Spade Kingdom.
An Unstoppable Disaster!

Alex had not even reached the deepest part but he had already started to hear a lot of voices. He changed his direction mid-way and walked toward the cells.
The current dungeon actually resembled a castle and it had cells on the lower floor where people could be locked into.
When he arrived at the place, Alex saw dozens of familiar faces.
Almost all of the important and high-ranking royals and nobles of the Clover Kingdom who had supposedly died in the last incident when multiple black-hooded attackers infiltrated the capital and assassinated them.
But in reality, they had been captured and trapped here, tricking Julius and all the magic knights into believing that all of them had died.
Alex paused for a moment before continuing inside.

The sound of his footsteps echoed in the cellar.

Alex looked shocked, unfazed by the promise of rewards.
"Who are you guys? How dare you people take on the faces of the dead nobles?" Alex's face darkened and he said angrily.

"What kind of nonsense are you spouting?"
"How dare a commoner curse us...?"
"Believe me or not, I will cut off your head."
"Just come here and get us out. You are a magic knight and it is your job to protect us."

Hearing their nonsense, Alex couldn't keep his straight face anymore and burst out laughing. He looked at them with a dangerous facial expression and said.
