Lessons (pt.1)

The next morning, Alastor woke up alert. He felt as if he had some terrifying dream and was unable to escape from it. His back was drenched in cold sweat, which made him believe that more.

'I don't remember anything.'

Funnily enough, Alastor who usually never forgets anything, could not remember. Something like this was a rarity. This made him think of a possibility.

"Perhaps it's something my father erased."

If the dream was about something his father had erased, there was no way for Alastor to remember it. Although he found this whole ordeal annoying, Alastor was helpless.

'There is absolutely nothing I can do, though.'

Knowing that, Alastor got up from his bed and headed toward the bathroom. He did not want to wait till Zefe arrived.

Unconsciously, he was trying to protect Zefe by being a bit away from her. Not that he realized why, but Alastor was certain of one thing.
