As the class rolled on, I was really getting into my studies, diving deep into the whole academic vibe. But then, out of the blue, I felt this gentle nudge, like the universe saying, "Hey, check this out."

So, I looked up, and there she was, this girl sitting upfront. Her eyes, this warm brown hue, caught mine in a kind of mesmerizing way.

I found myself just staring at her, totally caught off guard by this unexpected connection. Her eyes just grabbed all my attention, and man, my heart was racing like it was trying to win a marathon. And then, without saying a word, she subtly pointed to my pen on the floor and gestured to pick it up.

Gazing at that shadow, Sheryl cautiously nudged both Ruby and Rurina awake. As they both opened their eyes they noticed Sheryl’s horrified eyes fixed on the entrance. Appearing confused they both sat up straight. 


Following Sheryl's gaze their gazes landed on the shadow, causing their eyes to widen in shock. 


Sheryl, Rurina and Ruby were now staring at the shadow with shock written all over their faces. 


Then Ruby's expressions hardened with determination, “Who's there!” She called out firmly, startling the shadow. 


The shadow slowly turned around revealing that his back had been facing the camp at first. Gripping the camp's flap, shadow then gently moved the cloth aside and moved his head towards the entrance. 


From the entrance Hamlyn's face came into view, “Hey!” he greeted with an awkward smile. 


Ruby and Rurina then let out a sigh of relief, while Sheryl, though still confused, managed a slight smile.
