Anna walked up to the door, and knocked. “Gosh, I forgot my keys again.” She searched into her bags. It was already four o’clock she reached home. “Hello everyone.” She greeted as she walked towards the kitchen. “The day has really been long.” She pried. “I’m really exhausted.”
“Hmm, that’s good.” Mrs. Mathews walked up to the kitchen and handed her daughter a bowl and knife. “Cut these will you?”
“What?” she pried. “Mum…”
Before she could say more, a small voice interrupted. “Well, mum, it’s a special request from the prince charming. He says he wants to eat at least one dish prepared you.”
“I don’t even know him.” She defended.
“And he wants desert as well.”
“Isn’t he taking for me for granted?” she put the bowl on the table, annoyed.
“I guess, he is just trying to make sure that he is getting a good wife.” Her mother interrupted. “It’s quite normal.”
“But mum, I don’t even know how things will turn up to be.”
