The dove wouldn't stop coming back to her until she helped it find its wing, and it drove her crazy because she did not know what a right wing looked like. So, she sought help from the other villagers, but apparently none of them knew what a right wing looked like. That was when a young boy claimed that his father told him about his mother who was an expert on right wings. He told everyone that if they let him meet his mother, she would definitely put this matter to an end.
The hunters and the farmers of the village were against this idea, but it was the milkers' right to decide, and they had agreed for one condition: the young boy shall be slaughtered in front of his mother. The reason behind this was to keep the secret of the milk industry safe from the public, which was very important for the balance of the ecosystem in that village. The young boy was old enough to understand this whole thing, so an agreement was made. They took him to the milk industry the next day, butt-naked.
He was very excited to see his mother since it was his first time, but it was also because it was his first time to see his mother that he did not actually know what a mother looks like. He hugged the creature before him in tears and spoke to it.
"Mama," he sobbed, "they showed us pictures of grass hills and valleys and waterfalls and sunsets, and they made us believe that beauty is what they are. But, Mama, deep down I always believe that my mother is far more beautiful than those pictures they showed us, and I knew I'd be right, and I am right. Oh, Mama, I came here to ask you a favor. Surely, you'd lend us your help, wouldn't you?
"They were all out of their minds over the lost right wing of a sad, sad bird. I came here to fetch that from you, and I will come out as bones and skin. Meeting you is a sacred memory I will forever treasure. I sacrificed my life for the village, but that's not the reason why I went this far. It is to see you with my own eyes, Mama. That is the sole reason for my sacrifice.
"Now that my wish has been granted, I shall offer them my life with no regret. I will forever remember this moment, Mama, even when my soul is no longer intact with my body. I love you, Mama. I've always loved you, and I'll always do."
The creature responded with a loud growl, and the young boy was more than happy to hear it. He wept some more. The creature pushed him onto the ground and mauled him with its sharp claws. First, it was his legs that snapped off of his body, and next, came off his arms. The creature was a well-organized slaughterer, despite making a messy scene of crimson red all over the place. The young boy did not show a look of fear or signs of being in pain.
Although he had tears streaming down his puffy cheeks, he was all smiles when he delivered his last words. "They told me that love hurts the hardest of all, Mama. I can't be any happier to be loved by you this much." And off snapped his head, but that was as far as the creature could do. It had its mouth sewn up closed, and it was terribly malnourished. Its days were numbered. Aren't ours, too? The milkers then took the creature away and began to harvest the young boy's organs. They saved his right scapula for the village to witness and told them that it was the right wing of a dove.
They had the surgeons perform surgery on the sad dove. The little girl decided to keep the dove until its new wing grew feathers, but that day never came. One misty morning, she found that the sad dove had grown a limb, and the next day, a line of teeth grew all over its body. She was about to report this to the village, but the dove stopped her from doing so. That was when she noticed the grape-like lumps inside the dove's throat. The lumps could see her, and they stared at her as the dove said not to seek help from the villagers. The dove smiled. It began to hum. "I saw her," it said, "my mother." There was no need to seek help anymore.
