Drunken Minor

Ryuma, sees Ten who's sleeping on the balcony's floor. He tries to talk to Ten, but he doesn't respond.

"Why is he sleeping outside? He could catch a cold." As Ryuma thinks that, he realizes the aluminum can inside Ten's palm. At the same time, Ryuma barely hears the sound of hiccups coming from Ten. Until then he realized as soon he saw the words from the can. 

"Beer...? Don't tell me, this guy's been drinking?!" From the balcony of his room, Ryuma looked at Ten who was drunk. Feeling pity towards him, Ryuma jumps over to Ten's balcony and gets him up.

"Sheesh, get up already, you'll catch a cold..." Bringing Ten like a bag of rice, he throws Ten to his bed. Ryuma sighed a bit and looked around Ten's room.

"So that's what his room looks like..." The walls, the ceiling, everything is painted black, except for the furniture. At the same time, Ryuma realized something on the top of the table. A petri dish, inside of it is some kind of liquid that's moving at slow movement. Feeling curious, Ryuma decided to touch it with the tip of his finger.

"I recommend you to not touch that." The voice made Ryuma stop his finger from touching the liquid, his sight diverted to the drunk Ten. 

"From the petal of Greesy Flower, crush it, and put two drops of Blue Poison's mucus into the plate. Slowly stir it, and lastly, put the Black Iron powder and stir it more at a moderate speed and it's done. A contact to your finger will make it numb. And then it will spread, killing your cells bit by bit. The poison will stop eventually, but you've already lost an entire arm at that moment."

Hearing the effect of the poison, Ryuma slowly stays away from the petri dish. While Ten walked to the petri dish and closed it with the lid.

"Cell Killer, that's the poison's name." Ten pointed at the shelf behind Ryuma. A shelf full of jars. The content of the jar is some kind of liquid, and there's a jar that contains an insect.

"The yellow one is a drug that will make you slowly have an ED. The red one will make you blind temporarily but greatly increase your smelling power." Every jar was filled with some kind of drug and poison that had different effects. Ryuma feels a shiver down his spine as he stays away from the shelf. Ten then took a jar filled with insects.

"Avory Spider, its venomous bite will slowly convert your blood from red to black. And then you'll feel like vomiting, the black blood will come from your mouth, then from your ears, eyes, nose..."

"Okay okay enough! I don't wanna hear anymore!" Ryuma couldn't take it as he closed both of his ears.

"Wait, does that mean you use this..."

"Yes." 'Use this when he fights Hutogi' Ten gives an immediate answer.

"I'm... The type of person who takes an advantage against my opponent. I knew my limit, and I'm slowly trying to increase it. But there was no way to get stronger at a fast pace without destroying yourself. So, in order to defeat the enemy stronger than me, I have to target their weakness."

Ten look at the jar filled with Avony Spider.

"I can't use magic." Ryuma was surprised, Ten who's skilled at fighting, is saying he's unable to use the magic.

"When I last checked, there was no mana inside my body. As if they're rejecting my very existence. The drugs, poisons, and weapons are the only cards I've got. If I was able to learn magic, I might be able to reach higher ground. But for the manaless person me, I didn't give up. Because I'm fighting... And I'll keep fighting..."

Ten's words remind Ryuma of old himself, who does not have an attribute but still can use basic magic. Ten, on the other hand, can't even use the magic. Ryuma thought if the people around despise him for not having attributes, then the whole world despise Ten himself.

"Don't give me that look, because I'm fine as am I. Why? Because I'm 100 times stronger than you. Now, bow to me, peasant!" Ten said with a smug expression on his face. Even though he was not smiling, Ryuma could see his smug face from the eyes.

"You... I didn't give that pity look alright! I swear I'm gonna beat you!" Ryuma left the room through the balcony. Leaving Ten who's drowsy. Taking the can of beer from the drawer, he takes a sip of it. He looked at the star beneath the glass that was reflecting himself. Ten then muttered...

"I may can't use magic. But I still have my "Unique" and it's my strongest card in the world."

Ryuma, only standing after he entered his room, he was in a deep thought...

("Ten has to go through a lot to reach that level. That means I will not lay lazy either. Even if I coughed up blood, I'd keep marching forward. Ten, wait for me because I'm going to be your most annoying opponent ever. Too annoying you can't take your eyes off me...")

1 week later, the group of four is walking inside the forest. Pass through the red bubble called Deathless World.

Ryuma, caught a glimpse of somebody from the roof of the nearest building from them. It was Ten, it's not even past 1 minute after they entered the city but he's already showing himself...
