The Revealed Info

(I say that, but so far it's not working the way I want it to do... I've tried to attempt the same fucking moves over and over when I fought Ten. But in the end, its output is too low for what I considered to be a blowing blow.)

Ryuma's movements were still disrupted by one of the bandits that was currently hugging around his waist. Moreover with his incoming allies that were about to gang up on Ryuma. Including Ryuma's left arm which was burned by the invisible attack, deep in mind Ryuma knew he had to get out of such a sticky situation, but the resistance of the guy that's hugging him is way too strong.

(Tch, such a pain in the ass... What did I do wrong here?! Am I holding back all this time?!) At that moment, Ryuma reminisces about his moment with Line a while ago.

'It's obvious that you need to put them out of their misery. After all, they're just going to keep and keep getting in your way-'

(Tch! Shut up already! I've known that... But, blood in my hand 'once' has made me feel like I have lost some part of myself already! Sure, killing these guys is no different from the countless goblins I've slain before. But still...) 

Ryuma greets his teeth, preparing to take a hit from the bandit. But then a help comes to his aid. Line, pierce the wall from every direction of the adventure guild. And also making the wall that separates Vestine from the hostage.

But not to worry because they all died, leaving Vestine himself alone.

"Hmm... So you decide to come. I've been waiting... Since you wait right outside that door after the boy comes in..." Vestine looks upwards, which exposes Line who's hiding right above him, preparing to flank him at this instant.

(He knew I was waiting for this moment? But no matter... His life is as good as dead!) Despite being taken aback, Line decides to jump off the ceiling, towards Vestine.

"Thousand Needles!" In mid-air, the line comes out from behind Line. Intending to pierce Vestine from all directions. But once again an unexpected comes in surprise when the line immediately burned as soon it almost hit Vestine.

(What?! My lines were burned in an instant?!) Line, without realizing it, she's almost landed on the ground. Which is the exact moment Vestine takes advantage of this. Line embraces an incoming as she covers herself with a bunch of lines of mana. But the line that's protecting her burned in an instant. Cause her to be defenseless for that exact moment.

Vestine's punch hit. Line was sent flying to the wall. Almost destroying that very wooden wall, she fell to the floor, but was saved by the line as she regained her consciousness. Line once again was on her two feet, she soon started the conversation with Vestine...

"For some old timer, you're quite skilled..." 

"My my, I'm most appreciate when being praised by a grown-up woman like you, despite having the body of a child... Linette Nastasia, is a skilled assassin who is mostly an expert in medical stuff. There's a record, most of your victims were a victim of an accident. That's what most of the people said. You have the ability to control the movement of the specific person, by using that pink line."

Line was getting pressure the more Vestine talked about her personal information to herself.

(Crap... Did someone leak out my personal info?! But who? And how?)

"How did you manage to obtain that information..." Line asks the question to Vestine, thinking he dodged the question and said something else.

"How, you say... Well to be fair, most of the information was leaked out by people in the underworld. But that very client comes to me and tells me all about your personal info, including that white hair brat over there."

"What?!" Ryuma was taken aback when he acknowledged his personal info was leaked. But that's not all. In fact, his friend's information was also in their hands. 

"What the hell are you yapping about..." Ryuma started to lose his composure self as he stepped over the dead corpse to Vestine.

"OI Kid! Don't lose your head yet! This enemy isn't the one you've always fought!"

"SHUT UP! IF THAT WEREN'T FOR YOU, MY FRIENDS WOULDN'T BE IN THIS SCHOOL RIGHT NOW! SHIT SHIT SHIT!!! WHY THE HELL DO YOU WANT FROM US?!... ARE WE EVEN WORTH A PENNY FOR THE LIKES OF YOU!!!"

(Shit! His mind is all over the place! I need to calm him before he does anything stupid- HUH?!) At that moment, Line realized the footstep that was coming from right behind Ryuma. Using the line, Line immediately lynches herself to intercept whatever is coming to Ryuma.

"W-What?!" Ryuma's mind was in a state of both rage and confusion when Line pushed him out of the way. Ryuma hit his head when Line pushed him, confused by Line's action.

"Ugh, it hurts. What do you actually want-" Ryuma couldn't believe what he just saw. Something, Yes, something is piercing Linette's heart at this very moment. Vestine smirked as he snapped his finger, revealing the sword that was piercing Line from behind. And also the sight of the guy wearing an artilleryman black and red suit behind Line.

"L-LINEEEE!!!" Ryuma shouts Line's name at the top of his lungs. The next second Line was stabbed, the culprit stabbed her and then pulled the black, thus Line fell down to the floor.

"You!..." 

"Op op! Wait there kid, before you tryna obliterated him to ashes. I just wanna give you a last chance." Vestine once again snapped his finger. Burning the wall between him and the hostage. But it didn't come to his mind when he smelled something burning the moment he stepped inside the guild.

The sight of the hostages was sitting behind the counter with the burning flame surrounding them. From top to bottom, ceiling, wall, the hostage themself hasn't even been caught in the fire yet, but Ryuma for a moment felt speechless. And it comes to the realization that Vestine is about to make him make a deal, a deal that he can't refuse...
