Chapter 100: Kira Bychkov

Nekrasovka, a poor district in Moscow, the home to both Kira and Victor. The two finally arrive and search for the remains of Kira's childhood home. Eventually they find the charred remnants of what used to be a house. The only things remaining is the framework, barely still standing. A slight disturbance could set the rest of the building to the ground.

Kira: I'm surprised this place is still standing. What is it now, 26 years since then? Technically it's older than me now.

Kira reminisce on that day when she was 12 years old. She enters her house after spending the day playing outside and kicks off her muddy shoes. Her mother, Sofiya, just finished making dinner for the family. Her younger brother, Maxim, grabs their father, Ivan, who was sleeping in the other room. As Kira runs back inside, she bumps into Maxim.

Maxim: Mama, Kira hit me!

Kira: I did not! You were in my way!

Sofiya: Kira, what did I tell you about not looking before you run into things?
