Chapter 68: The Confused Angela
After a moment of dizziness, William regained his consciousness.
Perhaps because he had experienced spatial teleportation before, and his body had become more accustomed to it, or maybe because this teleportation covered a shorter distance, William felt much better this time.
Opening his eyes, he immediately surveyed his surroundings.
Consistent with the style outside the mansion, the walls were a mix of black and grey, and the floor was covered with dust. The only notable feature was a platform in front of him, engraved with special patterns.
Phew~ He was glad he didn't remember it wrong and didn't teleport to the wrong place.
Looking at the familiar surroundings, William breathed a sigh of relief.
This room wasn't dangerous, in a sense, but he wondered if the situation here was still the same as in the game.
Rubbing his wrists, William walked straight to the platform in the center of the room.
