Chapter 134: Farewell to Marion

Mora didn't object to William's decision regarding the name. It sounded nice, though he wondered why white doves symbolized peace.

Seeing Mora's agreement, the name of the Chamber of Commerce was settled between the two of them.

William and Mora rode in the carriage driven by Bend towards Colon Street.

With Mora's introduction, William roughly inspected the premises procured on Colon Street.

This area used to be a slum, slightly better than 16th Street, but still far from ideal. Piles of garbage littered the streets, showing no signs of being cleaned up.

Mora pointed to the empty street ahead and said to William, "I've bought up this entire street; it should be enough for our use."

"If it's not enough, it doesn't matter. People around here are already asking if we're taking in tenants, given that we're offering quite fair prices."

"I'll arrange for a cleanup, and we'll be able to move in soon."
