Eighty Two.

I had little words and as I looked over at where Lecia sat on the floor next to the couch, I could tell that she was in just as much shock as I was. The smell of cinnamon and char still lingered in the air around us.

Rae had been quiet the entire time, but right now she didn't seem as if she was having the same type of reaction I was having. In fact, Rae seemed calm and steady and if I had to describe it, at peace almost.

It felt odd but also comforting at the same time. She was always the steady calm that I relied on when I couldn't find my balance. Right now, was definitely one of those times, but I could not do anything other than sit here.

Different. That was the first word that came to my mind when I had opened the door and saw that man standing there. He said that his name was Micah and that he had been sent to me.
