"She will cheat on him, he is a cripple and he can't perform his husbandly duties." others gossiped.
 
Alix looked at the so called crippled man who climbed into her bed night after night and laughed.  Sorry, he was more than capable.

"Honey, I am here to perform my husbandly duties." he would always say coquettishly when he flipped her over.

The Young master's fake bride and her lucky system

Caishen moved his wheelchair closer to Alix before the introductions could begin and he held her hand. A few of the people in the room raised eyebrows at his actions. Was the cold young master of Beijing secretly romantic or was he making a statement? Or maybe he was scared so he was holding her hand for comfort. Perhaps, it was them he was wary with.

He didn't need to hold her had inside the house. Nobody was going to steal her from him___, except for grandpa Tai, of course who was not going to leave her side for the entirety of this visit.

Caishen smiled at Alix and she smiled back him.

"Vampire my ass!" someone muttered.

"My father," Tai Ho Sun said loudly to cover up the sound which no doubt came from Tai Fong's mouth.

Chairman Tai tilted his head upwards and sent his son a perplexed look. Why was he shouting?

Grandpa Tai on the other hand assumed that Tai Ho Sun was taking the mantle and introducing everyone so he nodded and aided him.
