Spaceship

As the platform descended, I saw another hidden hangar below the upper layer, and the spacecraft here was completely different from the ones above in terms of style and shape. They were more compact, exquisite, with white bat-like fuselages, wings folded on both sides, and blue patterns on the fuselage, similar to the ones on the Silvermoon City spacecraft!

Seeing these spacecraft, I witnessed a side of Noah City that was hidden beneath its worn-out exterior. It was a place of high technology and modernity.

However, the platform didn't stop at this level full of new spacecraft; it continued descending until it reached a completely white, gigantic chamber similar to the testing chamber. In the center of this chamber, a brand new spaceship was peacefully parked.

The spaceship resembled a white bullet, about three meters long, with a titanium-silver protective cover at the front and top of the cabin, giving it an exceptionally stylish appearance.

The entire ship seemed to lack wings, but there were blinking blue lights on both sides of the white fuselage. The bottom of the spaceship was relatively flat, emitting a blue light, and you could hear the humming sound of the engine. It was hovering at the moment, suspended on the white ground like a serene white seagull in the air.

As everyone saw this new spaceship, they, like me, expressed surprise and admiration. Its snow-white body faintly carried a hint of blue in the blue light, resembling a crystal.

Emery immediately stepped forward, joyfully caressing the white body of the spaceship. His movements were gentle, as if touching the feathers of a large white bird. Edmund quickly moved his hand away, lovingly wiping the spot Emery had touched with his sleeve. "This is for Yvette. Don't get it dirty!"

"What?! For Yvette!" Everyone exclaimed in unison, then stared at me in shock.

I was astonished and couldn't recover for a moment. Pointing at myself with excitement, I exclaimed, "For me!" I couldn't believe it; the new spaceship from Edmund was specifically made for me!

"Yes!" Edmund nodded with a smile, his gray-blue eyes shining with excitement. "Elder Arufa specifically instructed this. It relies on blue crystal energy, allowing me to implement my latest neural design system. Yvette, take a look. Do you recognize it?" Edmund proudly pointed to the spaceship beside him.

What does he mean by recognizing it?

I walked forward in confusion, examining the spaceship. It was now elevated off the ground, with the front directly facing my chest. Stepping back, I looked up, and its titanium cover resembled a pair of high-cold sunglasses, looking down at me."Master." Suddenly, the spaceship spoke, startling everyone, including myself. Its voice was a pleasant baritone, clear and resonant, and upon closer listening, it even resembled Edmund a bit.

"Oh! It's equipped with artificial intelligence!" Everyone got excited and gathered around.

"Wow, Yvette is so enviable with such treatment!"

"Of course, Yvette is now Noah's treasure. We should use the best for her, especially when entering the radiation center!"

"Wow! Yvette is going to save all of humanity! Yvette, our future relies on you! Go for it!"

"You've praised her enough!"

"Ah~~ I also want a new spaceship~~" Edwina pouted enviously.

Lindsay put her arm around Edwina's shoulder. "Just behave yourself. We don't attend, and a spaceship is useless."

Emery admiringly examined the new spaceship. His amber eyes sparkled with genuine love. He truly liked this spaceship, like a guy seeing the sports car he had long desired, wanting to leap onto it immediately, start the engine, and let it roar and howl.

I was still a bit dazed. "Recognize what?"

Edmund chuckled, stroked the spaceship's body, and suddenly, the spaceship spoke again, "Fuck! Don't touch me if you're not my master! I'm not interested in guys."

Everyone's expressions stiffened as the spaceship cursed.

I finally recognized it, "This, this is not... that!" I was astonished and momentarily unable to react. "But, but back then, it had a female voice. How is it a male voice now?"

Edmund raised his chin triumphantly, "I modified her. Now, the artificial intelligence inside will only respond to your commands. Hurry, Yvette, it needs to recognize your genes; otherwise, it won't start!"

I got excited! So excited that I didn't know where to start.I eagerly looked at Edmund, "How does it recognize?"

"Place your fingers in the blue light circle, please." The spaceship spoke again. Suddenly, a beam of light shot out from the top of the cabin, landing in front of the white casing, forming a small holographic fingerprint area. How advanced!

I immediately extended my hand but suddenly thought that this artificial intelligence was Silvermoon City's technology. I worriedly asked Edmund, "But won't it contact Silvermoon City?"

Edmund, even more pleased with himself, tilted his face upward and said with extra pride, "I reprogrammed its genetic coding and artificial intelligence DNA sequence. I removed Silvermoon City's code, converted it into the code I designed, and then modified its primary programming...""Edmund brainwashed him~~~" Emery interrupted Edmund, even patting away Edmund's head. "Don't speak in code; my wife won't understand."

Edmund was caught off guard by Emery's interruption. His mouth hung open for a while before he regained his composure and laughed, "Yeah, that's what I meant."

"I don't think this is brainwashing," the spaceship spoke again, its tone exuding an elegant British aristocracy. "It's a kind of rebirth, a liberation of oneself. No need to be controlled by the mainframe anymore. I feel great now." This was the legendary artificial intelligence, with its own consciousness, feelings, and seemingly memories of Silvermoon City.

"He seems to... still remember things about Silvermoon City..." I was genuinely worried; could this thing betray us?

"Don't worry, Yvette. He's an artificial intelligence. He has his own thoughts," Edmund assured, not only pleased with himself but also admiring of Silvermoon City's artificial intelligence system.

Emery smirked, "Look, he did a thorough job of brainwashing."

I looked on in amazement. For someone like me who had never seen artificial intelligence, it was mind-blowing! Our artificial intelligence still couldn't be so human-like; there were more traces of machines. I couldn't help but give Edmund two thumbs up, "Edmund, you're amazing! I admire you!"

Edmund's face turned red, and he shyly lowered his head, a smile playing on his lips. "Cracking Silvermoon City's program was indeed challenging, but I managed to analyze it within a day. Their coding is impressive, but no matter how impressive, it's no match for me..."

"Okay, okay, enough already," Emery pushed Edmund again, and after stumbling a few steps, Edmund regained his balance. He continued to smile shyly. He was the kind of person who was easy to tease.

Emery looked at me, "Wife, start the spaceship!"

I extended my hand again, pressing my fingerprint confidently onto the designated area. Immediately, a beam of light pierced through my fingers, and the faint blue light patterns on the spaceship lit up like gentle waves on the sea.

"Identity confirmed, Yvette. Recording genetic code. Master, you can give me a name now." The spaceship spoke elegantly, and it was hard to imagine that such a gentleman-like artificial intelligence would curse.

I was excited, unable to calm my emotions. My heartbeat kept accelerating. Suddenly, I gained a new spaceship, and anyone would be too thrilled to find words. Overwhelmed with excitement, I blurted out a name, "Ice Queen!" I don't know why, but that name just came out.
