Luis vs Anger and Mikey vs Heresey, Part 2

"Grand Marsh Domain: Angry Vines!"

Next, part of the murky swamp water in the center of the muddy lake rises into the air, firing off blades of water, which begin to fly towards me.

"Grand Marsh Domain: Angry Ripple!"

I flinch to counter the water blades with my katana, but due to the thick vines keeping my arm pinned back, I'm unable to move.

"Extend-o-Blade: Tornado Shield!" I shout as I pour my dark blue Cursed Power then flood it into my blade, extending the blade of my katana and using my Extend-o- Blade to wrap around me. I then flood my dark blue Cursed Power into each segment of my extended katana blade, before turning it into wind; creating a spiraling tornado around me for an extra layer of defense.

Anger's swamp water blades then blast into me, ineffective against my Extend-o-Blade Tornado Shield.

After defending against Anger's swamp water blades, I allow for my tornado to dissipate, before using my Extend-o-Blade to slice through Anger's vines, freeing me at last. Anger's chopped-up vines then limply fall to the ground. I then retract my extended katana blade back to its usual length.

Next, a couple of reptilian snouts jut out of the murky lake by the shore near me, before a group of alligators then emerge, opening their mouths up wide and barring their fangs at me. The alligators then lunge towards me while snapping their jaws, attempting to take a mighty chomp out of my tasty leg.

"Grand Marsh Domain: Angry Chomper!"

"Blue Demon Legs!" I shout as I jump backwards, using a partial demon transformation to enhance the power of my legs- taking a hop away from the alligators, causing me to slip on the mud and fall to the ground on my rear with an "oof!"

The alligators sadly retract their bodies then their snapping jaws back into the murky waters of the swamp once they soon realize that I'm out of their range.

"Grand Marsh Domain: Angry Mudpit!" Anger shouts as I begin to sink down into the mud beneath my feet. The mud is so slippery yet so sticky that I begin sinking down with ease. I attempt to yank my feet free from the mud, but when I pick up my leg; my foot doesn't even budge.

"Oh, come on!" I complain. "First water, now mud?!"

As I continue sinking even deeper in the mud, I spread my arms out and place a hand on either side of me into the mud. I attempt to push off of the mud and lift myself into the ground, but instead, when I push; I only succeed in sliding my hands into the mud as well, which begin to sink downwards, until my arms are bound to my sides and I'm up to my waist in sticky mud.

"Grand Marsh Domain: Angry Chopper!" Anger shouts as -just like before- a couple of reptilian snouts jut out of the murky lake by the shore near me, before a group of alligators then emerge, opening their mouths up wide and barring their fangs at me. The alligators then lunge towards me while snapping their jaws, attempting to take a mighty chomp out of my tasty leg.

In order to defend, I jump backwards, taking a hop away from the alligators, but this time I don't slip and fall on the mud.

Also unlike last time, rather than being confined to the waters of the swampy pond, the alligators step out of the swamp water, and slowly creep their way onto land, sliding across the mud towards me.

"Hah!" I snort . "Even if they're on land they're still just alligators. Alligators live in water, so I have nothing to worry about! How fast can they be on land?"

"Hah! I'll show you!" Anger replies.

Much to my surprise, (whereas the alligators before were simply slowly crawling across the mud towards me at a snail's pace) the alligators then take off! Dashing towards me at speeds that I can hardly react to.

"What the…why are they so fast on land?!" I cry.

"It's a common misconception that alligators are slow on land, due to their stubby legs and affinity for the water," Anger explains. But in actuality, despite what you may think; alligators are impressively swift on land, able to move on short bursts at around thirty miles per hour."

"Why do you know so much about alligators?!" I cry.

"Because they're part of my Cursed Ability!" Anger snaps. "But my alligators can go even faster than this…just watch!"

The entire bodies of each of the alligators begins bubbling with Anger's aquamarine Cursed Power , as if Anger is reinforcing the alligators with her Cursed Power. The alligators then dash towards me again , -even faster than before- with their Cursed Power Barrier enhanced speeds.

"How did you reinforce those alligators with Cursed Power?!" I cry. "You didn't even touch them! I didn't even know that you can reinforce living creatures with Cursed Power!"

"You can't," Anger answers. Those alligators are made out of my Cursed Power, they aren't alive. And as I already said; this is my domain. You are sitting in the palm of my hand. Everything, from the trees…to the lake…to the alligators…everything is my body, which means that even if I don't touch those alligators directly…I'm still touching them!"

I clutch my katana tightly between two hands, pouring my dark blue Cursed Power into its blade then changing said Cursed Power into wind and spiraling it around my katana, cloaking my blade in a tornado.

"Extend-o-Blade: Crescent-Moon Slash!" I shout as I slash my katana towards the alligators by holding onto its cloth, sending a powerful gust of wind flying towards the alligators, and using it to knock them away.

But some of the alligators manage to evade my attack then make it towards me, pouncing upon and sinking their jagged teeth into my flesh, causing me to howl in pain before knocking the alligators off by summoning quick tornado to swirl around my body, before dissipating seconds after.

I then drop to the ground on one knee, panting heavily and clutching my bleeding wounds.

"I can't…afford to waste too much more time here or to get any more wounded…" I pant. "I have…people to fight, and friends to save."

"I'm sorry to tell you this, but you won't be able to save your friends after much longer," Anger smirks. "And you won't be able to face those foes either. This is your final battle."

"Oh yeah?!" I ask as I push myself to my feet, and turn to face Anger.

A giant rush of dark blue Cursed Power explodes out of my body, sending the alligators around me flying backwards. Even Anger has to grab onto a nearby vine flailing in the intense breeze to hang out.

"Just what…is this boy?!" Anger cries. "This Cursed Power is off the charts!"

The veins across my entire body begin to glow a medium blue, as my entire head of hair turns snow white. My hands and wrists morph into scaly black claws, just as my feet and ankles morph into talons. The white of my eyes turn black, as my eyes turn an even darker shade of blue, and my pupils turn white.

"BLUE DEMON!"

Mikey and Heresy then aim their two hands at one another, yet again.

"Flames of Destruction: Wildfire!"

"Dante's Inferno: Heretic Blaze!"

A rush of flames then shoots out of the hands of each man, and collides in a rush of fire, the two attacks struggling against one another, as evenly matched as before. That is, until Mikey's flames begin slowly pushing Heresy's back, until Mikey's fire burns through Heresy's fire for good before continuing onwards towards Hereset himself, and wrapping the demon up in a giant rush of flames.

"HAHAHA!" Mikey cackles. "BURN, DEMON SCUM, BURN!"

After a few moments of scorching up Heresy with his mighty inferno, Mikey allows for his vortex of his Flames of Destruction spiraling around Heresy to dissipate, and Heresy falls to the ground, his body covered in soot and ash and littered with scorch marks and burn wounds.

"His flames…" Heresy coughs as he struggles to push himself off of the ground. "-Were able to burn even me, the demon who controls the flames of Hell?!"

"How many times do I have to tell ya'?" Mikey spits. "My fire is the Flames of Destruction, the flames that destroy everything, and burn everything to ash. They will never extinguish, not until I command them to."

"Well then perhaps I should try some of my…other attacks," Heresy replies as he ignites both of his hands in his maroon red flames of Hell. Heresy then thrusts both hands forwards, unleashing a powerful maroon red fireball which streaks through the air towards Mikey, leaving nothing but ash in its wake. Heresy's fireball then begins to morph and take form, with protrusions of fire extending from the fireball and taking the form of flaming wings, as the font of the fireball begins to elongate and thin out, taking the form of a bird. Heresy's fireball has transformed into a phoenix, embers flying from its wings with each mighty flap.

Dante's Inferno: Heretic Phoenix!"
