I stared straight ahead, refusing to acknowledge Roy as we kept walking in the direction of our bedroom. My entire body felt tense and I hated that Roy was walking with me right now. He was the reason I left the dining room without actually eating anything. Damn the too nice San for suggesting that Roy sees me off.

I tried increasing my steps but Roy did the same, and that infuriated me further. Angrily, I stumbled to a stop and whirled around to glare at him, lips twisted into a sneer.

"You can leave now. I'm fine." I muttered and he rolled his eyes before reaching down to place a hand against my forehead, one which I quickly batted off before glaring at him.

"Keep your hands to yourself, and go back to your boyfriend." I breathed out and when he stepped closer, I instantly grew tense.

"He knows I'm here. And I just wanted to confirm if your health is fine." He responded smoothly and I rolled my eyes in irritation.
