It felt so real

It was a fucking nightmare.

"B—But. It felt so real," Avery said, alone in the room. And her heart still raced in her chest, thudding loudly.

Avery got down from the bed and drew the curtains wide open. She gazed outside, yawning loudly.

"Good morning, bird," Avery muttered, gazing at the bird in the sky. She stretched her back, but the banging on her head made her stagger back.

She regained her composure, remembering what happened last night.

And the headache she felt still lingered there, making her bit the inside of her cheek in embarrassment.

"What was that?" Avery silently whispered when she thought about what Sebastian said in his room last night.

They were so intimate. So close to each other.

Her skin still tingles from his touch on her skin. Involuntarily, her imagination suddenly ran wild because of the possibility of what could happen yesterday.
