Blossoming Love

Charity laughed hysterically watching Thomas parade in Barney’s suit at Violet’s party. They had hung out and were inseparable for the last three months. She was happy Thomas respected her and they became great friends. Charity caught him staring at her in odd moments. She quickly realized that she wanted more than a friendship. Charity needed time to trust him before allowing him into her heart.

“You are so sweet,” Charity beamed after Thomas removed the suit. Thomas laughed completely enamored at her beauty inside and out.

“Of course. I would do anything for your little sister Violet. She is beyond adorable,” Thomas said continuing to soak in her presence.

There was an awkward silence between them until Charity finally found the words.

“Thomas, you are amazing with Violet. She likes you,” Charity confessed.

Thomas took those words to heart and was prepared to test the waters.

“What about her big sister? Does she like me too?” he said seriously.
